Training Summary
● The raw material sucked by octopus m/c and mixed properly and passes to sheet
line m/c.
● In sheet line m/c the raw material gets melted and the melted material come from
the die is result on sheet.
● After then it's get rolled in the rolling m/c and forwarded to printing area.
● In printing m/c the thin sheet of plastic gets laminated and gets small proper
shape and passed to packing area.
● Not the processed material gets packed and gets
dispatch.

Mostly Hazards occur In Eva Plant
Sr. No Observation Suggestion
● The mixed raw material putted on the Kneader m/c in which material gets rubber like
structure.
● After formation of rubber material passed by bucket conveyer to Roll Mill Mixing
01(RMM01) in which material are mixed and green sheet is prepared at 150°c
temperature.
● The green sheet again transfer to Roll Mill Mixing 02 (RMM02) result on final sheet at
temperature 150°c.
● After that its slice in small sheet and arrange for making thick which actual weight is
8kg.
● The weighted sheet further processed in hydraulic m/c of cycle time 30-40 minutes
which convert small sheet to thick rubber foam at temperature 165-170°c .
● After that is gets slice by High Speed Slicing m/c and delivered to TFM m/c.
● In TFM m/c the slice material get final shape and size.
● After that the processed material get packed and dispatched.
