Akuntansi

Persamaan dasar akuntansi atau persamaan akuntansi adalah sebuah persamaan

matematis yang menyatakan hubungan antara komponen-komponen dalam akuntansi
yang disebut dengan akun misalnya aset (harta), liabilitas (kewajiban), ekuitas (modal).

Jika dinyatakan secara matematis, persamaan neraca

adalah sebagai berikut:

Persamaan ini menyatakan bahwa aset atau harta yang dimiliki

nilainya sama dengan jumlah liabilitas dan ekuitasnya.
 Jurnal Jurnal merupakan catatan yang pertama setelah adanya bukti transaksi
sebelum dilakukannya pencatatan dalam buku besar.

 Posting Ayat Jurnal Penyesuaian

Seluruh ayat jurnal penyesuaian yang dibuat harus dipindahkan ke dalam buku besar
masing masing akun. Setelah proses posting selesai dan saldo akun baru telah ditetapkan,
barulah tahap siklus akuntansi berikutnya dimasuki, yaitu penyusunan neraca saldo
disesuaikan.
 Kertas Kerja

Neraca lajur atau disebut juga kertas kerja (worksheet) merupakan sebuah lembaran kertas
dengan lajur-lajur atau kolom-kolom yang direncanakan secara khusus untuk menghimpun
semua data-data akuntansi yang dibutuhkan pada saat perusahaan akan menyusun laporan
keuangan dengan cara sistematis.

 Neraca Saldo Disesuaikan

Neraca saldo setelah penyesuaian adalah neraca saldo

yang dibuat setelah posting (pemindahbukuan) semua
jurnal penyesuaian ke buku besar tuntas dilakukan.

Posting dalam bidang akuntansi merupakan suatu proses

memindahkan informasi akuntansi seperti pencatatan atau
pengelompokan nama-nama akun ke dalam bagian yang
sesuai dari jurnal ke dalam buku besar.

Buku besar adalah kumpulan rekening-

rekening pembukuan yang masing-masing
digunakan untuk mencatat informasi tentang
aktiva tertentu

Ada dua jenis bentuk buku

besar yang sering digunakan

 Neraca Saldo
Neraca saldo berisi saldo
akhir kumpulan akun pada
akhir periode. Neraca saldo
sering disebut trial balance
Akuntansi sistem jurnal
berpasangan mewajibkan
kesamaan jumlah debit dan
kredit. Neraca saldo mengecek
kesamaan jumlah debit dan
kredit.
Tahap penyiapan neraca saldo yaitu:
Menulis nama perusahaan, diikuti
dengan judul neraca saldo, serta
tanggal penyajian.
Menulis akun-akun dari buku besar dan
memasukan saldo debit dan kreditnya
kedalam masing-masing kolom.
Menjumlah kolom debit dan kredit
neraca saldo.
Memeriksa jumlah kolom debit dan
kredit.
 Jurnal Penyesuaian

Jurnal penyesuaian adalah jurnal akuntansi yang digunakan untuk

melakukan proses pemutakhiran akun-akun tertentu sebelum
dilakukan proses penyususnan laporan keuangan.

Beberapa akun memerlukan pemuktahiran untuk

beberapa alasan yaitu:
Beberapa beban tidak dicatat secara harian.
Beberapa pendapatan dan beban direalisasi
dengan berlalunya waktu dan bukan tranksaksi
yang terjadi secara khusus.
Beberapa pendapatan dan beban mungkin belum
dicatat.
Ada beberapa jenis jurnal penyesuaian
