3 Anamnesis
▹ La anamnesis, además de representar un
momento importante para la recogida de
datos generales del paciente y de su historia
clínica, permite identificar factores sistémicos
y locales o patologías que pueden conducir a
alteraciones del equilibrio en la cavidad oral
estrés, tabaco, deficiente higiene oral,
drogodependencias o daños y atrógenos.

El sondaje periodontal ha sido, y sigue siendo,
una importante herramienta para determinar la
presencia y la gravedad de la enfermedad
periodontal.
A la hora de formular un diagnóstico es
fundamental llevar a cabo un sondaje periodontal
y determinar tres parámetros:
▹ Profundidad de bolsa
▹ Nivel de inserción
▹ Sangrado por sondaje

obvio que el nivel de inserción y la profundidad
