sosial, struktur teks , dan unsur kebahasaan teks deskriptif tulis
terkait tempat wisata dengan menunjukkan perilaku jujur, peduli,
dan tanggung jawab dalam
 What is Descriptive Text??

• Descriptive text is text that explain or describe

something, example : describe thing, people,
historical places and etc.
• Function : to describe a particular person, place or
thing.
 Generic Structure of Descriptive Text
• Identification
• It is part of paragraph which introduces or identifies the character to be
described. It can be called general description of the subject. Usually it
contains object’s name, kind of the object, etc.
• Description
• It is part of paragraph which describes parts and characteristics of the
person or something that will be described in detail, so the readers can get
clear description of the subject.
 London is Britain's biggest city. It is a very old city and dates back to the
IDENTIFICATION Romans. It is a city of beautiful buildings and churches, and it has many
beautiful parks. It also has some of the best museums in the world.

London is very crowded in summer. It is a popular city with foreign tourists,

and has more than eighty million visitors a year. The city is famous for its
shopping and gas many excellent department stores. London has an excellent

underground railway system, so it is easy for tourists to get around. There are
plenty of good restaurants in London. You can get excellent British food, and
London has lots of good Indian, Chinese, Japanese, French, Italian, and Greek
restaurant.
