Kebersihan dan Perawatan Diri

Perawatan diri (Personal Hygiene) dan lingkungan merupakan bagian dari

kehidupan sehari-hari. Perawatan diri atau kebersihan diri (Personal Hygi
ene) merupakan perawatan diri sendiri yang dilakukan untuk mempertaha
nkan kesehatan baik secara fisik maupun piskologis. Pemenuhan perawat
an diri dipengaruhi berbagai faktor, diantaranya budaya, nilai sosial pada i
ndividu atau keluarga, pengetahuan terhadap perawatan diri, serta persep
si terhadap perawatan diri.
Jenis-jenis Personal Hygiene
Perawatan dini hari
Perawatan dini hari merupakan perawatan diri yang dilakukan pada waktu bangun tidu
