BAB I PENDAHULUAN
1.1 Dasar Gagasan Membuka Bisnis Baru

Awal didirikannya wirausaha ini

karena pesatnya pembangunan di kota medan
sehingga muncul ide bahwa membuka usaha ini
dapat memberikan peluang yang besar. Awal
maraknya usaha tulangan ini terjadi pada Tahun
2004 ketika terjadinya bencana Tsunami di Aceh
yang banyak menghancurkan bangunan yang
ada di sanahingga tersisa puing-puing bangunan,
yang berupa tulangan besi pada bangunan, besi
bekas dari aceh banyak dibuang ke wilayah
Medan sehingga dimanfaatkan untuk usaha.

1.4 Bentuk Baru Usaha

Usaha Raka Beton III merupakan cabang dari

Raka Beton I dan II pada awalnya. Kemudian
usaha ini dipecah menjadi 3 pemilik yang
berbeda, kemudaian disepakati Raka Beton III
sebagai Pusat usaha awal / Pemilik awal.

2.1 Usaha yang diusulkan

a. Sifat Investasi b. Jenis Produk

Sifat Investasi awalnya Produk pembuatan
berupa modal pribadi tulangan untuk beton
pemilik yang kemudian pracetak merupakan
ketika usaha ini produk utama. Dan
berkembang dan dirasa produk yang lain
memiliki prospek yang merupakan sampingan
sangat bagus sehingga
mulai dilakukan

✘ Jerjak, Pagar, Pintu memiliki jumlah produksi yang tidak tetap,
tergantung pesanan, yang mana jumlahnya tidak terlalu signifikan
✘ Tulangan Baja untuk Pondasi, Kolom, Balok dalam seminggu paling
sedikit 5 ton besi dihabiskan untuk memproduksi.
c. Lokasi
✘ Lokasi usaha ini berdekatan dengan tempat usaha serupa,
usaha raka beton ini terletak di Jln. Bunga Raya No.195 Asam
Kumbang Medan

✘ Bangunan yang digunakan untuk usaha merupakan bangunan milik
pribadi.

g. Proses Produksi
1.) Tulangan dan kawat pengikat tulangan diambil dari Gudang
penyimpanan, tulangan yang diambil berupa tulangan utama dan
tulangan untuk begel.
2.) Kemudian, mempersiapkan tulangan utama sesuai spesifikasi
pesanan, membengkokan tulangan utama, biasanya pengerjaan
pembengkokan tulangan utama dan tulangan begel dikerjaan secara
bersamaan agar mempercepat proses produksi, dikarenakan alat
pembengkok untuk tulangan utama dan tulangan begel memiliki tempat
pengerjaan masing-masing
3.) Pemasangan tulang utama dan begel dikerjakan setelah semua
keperluan tulangan utam dan begel sudah sesuai spesifikasi yang
diminta, di ikat menggunakan kawat pada tiap bagian pertemuan
tulangan utama dan begel.
4.) Terakhir proses pengangkutan, penulangan yang sudah selesai
diangkat ke atas truk untuk kemudian diantarkan ketempat si pemesan

h. Kapasitas Produksi
Kapasitas Produksi pembuatan tulangan untuk
keperluan pondasi, kolom, balok dalam satu hari
dapat diproduksi 1 ton perhari
i. Bahan Baku dan Bahan Penolong
Bahan baku berupa besi baja berukuran diametr
5mm – 16mm yang daiambi dari distributor baja
yang sudah lama bekerjasama, serta kawat
pengikat sebaai bahan penolong untuk mengikat
tulangan 13

Jumlah Pekerja ± 11 Orang

Pekerja Tetap 3 Orang

Pekerja Lepas ± 8 Orang

Dengan Jam kerja mulai dari jam 08.00 – 17.00 WIB. Dengan
hari kerja senin – sabtu. Apabila ada proyek atau pekerjaan
yang besar yang diburu dengan jangka waktu yang singkat
akan dilakukan penambahan jam kerja serta hari kerja

2.3 Aspek Pemasaran
a. Peluang Pasar
✘ Raka Beton memiliki peluang pasar yang lumayan, Raka Beton
awalnyahanya sendiri berdiri di sekitar wilayah asam kumbang,
namun lambat laun mulai berdiri usaha sejenis yang dimiliki
orang lain sehingga omzet sedikit menurun, pun begitu masih
banyak langganan yang dari dulu mempercayai raka beton,
biasanya tulangan raka beton sering dipesan untuk
pembangunan rumah kompleks dan pembangunan rumah KPR
b. Daerah Pemasaran
✘ Raka Beton memiliki daerah pemasaran hanya di sekitar wilayah kota
medan, namun terkadang ada juga yang di luar wilayah kota medan,
seperti yang baru-baru ini ada di wilayah barus berastagi
