 It is related to your body.
 How healthy your body is ?
 Physical health deals with the body’s ability to function.
 All body systems are working efficiently
 Circulatory system , respiratory system, digestive
system, muscular system etc
 The ability to perform daily life activities with ease.

 Proper nutrition
 Healthy eating , balanced diet, know
what you are eating, control your meal
