Lo que debemos hacer es gestionar nuestra respuesta emocional y tratar de minimizar ese estrés para
que no nos paralice. Existen algunas estrategias/maneras muy sencillas que podemos seguir:

El burnout laboral, también denominado Síndrome

de desgaste profesional, es un trastorno
emocional que está vinculado con el ámbito
labora Caracterizado por un estrés crónico en la
vida profesional que repercute en la vida personal
del trabajador, tanto a nivel físico como
psicológico.

Síntomas: dolor de cabeza, dolor de cuello y

espalda, mareos, debilidad, ansiedad,
distanciamiento social, cambios súbitos de humor,
hostilidad, dificultad para tomar decisiones, etc.
