• Sandapan rutin 12 leads
– 3 bipolar standard leads ( I, II, III)
– 3 unipolar lead ekstremitas (aVR, aVL, aVF)
– 6 unipolar chest leads (V1, V2, V3, V4, V5, V6)
• Bipolar standard lead & unipolar lead ekstremitas
menggambarkan keadaan medan bioelektrik aktivitas
jantung pada bidang frontal

• Mengukur perbedaan potensial medan
bioelektrik aktivitas jantung pada bidang
frontal tubuh
• Lead I : mengukur beda potensial antara RA (-)
dan LA (+)
• Lead II : mengukur beda potensial antara RA

• Lead III : mengukur beda potensial antara LA (-
) dan LL (+)

• V1 : SIC 4 garis sternal kanan
• V2 : SIC 4 garis sternal kiri

• V5 : SIC 5 garis aksilaris anterior kiri
• V6 : SIC 5 garis aksilaris media kiri
