• We had put our efforts to increase our work from 385
hac. in year 2008-09 to 2300 hac. in year 2013-14.
• Every year we had achieved more than 100% of target
given by GGRCL.
• In year 2010-11 & 2011-12 we had done work in both
drip irrigation and sprinkler irrigation system. We were
outsourcing inline lateral from Saudi Arabia and Jordan.
• In last year 2013-14 we achieved the target of 2300 hac.
by giving our complete focus on sprinkler irrigation
system.
 ACHEIVEMENTS
• In every krushi fair some of our farmer are given
respect by awarding them as Innovative farmers.
• In year 2011-12 farmer using drip system got the
“KRUSHI NA RUSHI” award.
• In last three years we had installed sprinkler irrigation
system in 75% of irrigation land in village:Ingorala
Tal.:Khambha Dist.:Amreli
• we are hard working to cover all irrigated agricultural
land by irrigation system.
• By using our system farmer named Shri Ajaybhai Manubhai
Chodvadiya from village : Dhajdi Tal. Savar Kundla had
established vast green house by his own and used drip
irrigation and fogers of our “BANSAL SUPER” company. By
these he had showed in direction to all the farmers.
• In GGRCL subsidy scheme from year 2008 till
now we do have near about 5000 satisfied
customers.
• We are feeling proud that we don’t have any farmer
complaint regarding quality supply or service etc.
• We are zero complaint company that is our big
achievement.
 LOGISTIC POSITION
 Production unit :-
• In Ajmer (Rajasthan) we have sufficient
production unit to fulfill our all market demand
and had vast godown spread on 1 acer land.
 Particular for Gujarat state :-
• For supply in saurashtra region we have godown
facility of 8000 Sq. Ft. in Savarkundla Dist. Amreli
• Along with it, We have godown facility of 10000 Sq.
Ft. in Upleta Dist. Rajkot.
• Further we planning to establish godown facility at
Dhanera Dist. Banaskatha for north Gujarat supply.

 MAN POWER POSITION
• At present we have 15 staff members in Gujarat
state. And we are planning to appoint more 6
employees.
• Our Gujarat office is managed by highly qualified
employee having experience of 22 years in MIS
field.
• At present we have 1 experienced agronomist
with support of 3 innovative farmers trained by
GGRC and agriculture university Navsari.
 AGRONOMICAL SERVICE
• We provide drip irrigation system service at regular
time and give agronomical advise to farmers.
• We give facility of 1 year free subscription of “KRUSHI
JIVAN” or “Jal-Jivan” Magazine to our drip farmer for
their latest agriculture and irrigation updates.
• We had shake hand with some pesticides and seeds
company like “DHANUKA” for best seeds,pesticides and
additional agronomical consultancy to our farmers.
• During krushi fairs we take special care that our
innovative farmers share their experience of using
irrigation system with other farmers.
• We organize agriculture summit in collaboration with department
of agriculture and “Aatma” project.
• We give live demonstration of drip and sprinkler irrigation
system in various agriculture oriented fairs.
 STRATEGIC PLANNING

• Beside of our office staff we had 8 field

representative and 24 dealer network.
• To achieve our target of year 2014-15 we are
planning to appoint new 6 employees as well
as dealer network in vacant area.
• We will also focus on Tribal area and South
Gujarat by appointing new dealers.
