Renstra ditetapkan oleh PPK

BAB II Usulan kebutuhan jumlah dan jenis jabatan dalam 5 tahun. Rincian kebutuhan
tahunan disertai dokumen Renstra
PENYUSUNAN Diperhitungkan dengan: Anjab + ABK = peta jabatan dan kebutuhan jabatan.
DAN
PENETAPAN Usulan perlu memperhatikan kondisi geografis, ∑penduduk, dan π anggaran.

KEBUTUHAN Usulan harus satu tahun sebelumnya. Bulan Maret sudah di Menpan dan Kepala BKN. Pertimbangan
Kepala BKN paling lambat bulan Juli. Pertimbangan Kementerian Keuangan paling lambat bulan Mei.
Penetapan formasi oleh Menpan Mei tahun berjalan.

Pasal 4 s.d. 14 Kebutuhan SDM terpenuhi sesuai dinamika/perkembangan organisasi

Usulan berlaku untuk semua jenis jabatan.

Petunjuk teknis pelaksanaan diatur lebih lanjut dengan PerkaBKN 10
