Conclusion

Dengan demikian desain belt conveyor yang cocok untuk


mengangkut material limestone dari quarry menuju
crushing plant dengan kapasitas 3000 ton/jam merupakan
konveyor dengan kecepatan angkut (v) 2.31 m/s, lebar belt
(B) 1600 mm sudut inklinasi maksimum (δmax) 20o,
menggunakan 3 trough idler, jenis belt ST 4000, dan sistem
gravity take-up dengan massa 44.7 ton.
