Training Description:

“Disha” is 5 days in-house programme designed for the Aspiring Students of INDIRA
GROUP OF INSTITUTES to effectively enhance themselves to work in a corporate
organization. This Programme highlights on the goals, self awareness and also about the
improvement in the overall personality.

Training Objective:

 To equip the Aspiring MBA Graduates with desired skills & attitude for a smooth
working in corporate environment.

 Identify the Gaps which are required to achieve the goals.

Module 2: Understanding Self and their Personality


 Understand their own style by DiSC tool (PPA)
 Know their present personality type Strength & Weakness.
 Know which are the areas which requires improvement.
 Align the qualities and competence required for their goals.
 Identify the skills to improve for each person to achieve their goals.
 Set an action plan for improving their desired qualities.

Know the importance of time log, To- do List, Priority Matrix.
Know the importance of Planning & Execution. 80:20 rule.

Understand the importance of empathetic listening.
Understand the basic communication process.
Understand the common mistakes made during a communication and the steps to avoid them.
Understanding Assertiveness to take responsibility, ownership, and always respect others.
Develop a learnability skill and enhance learning continuously.

Module 5: The Power of Positive Thinking


The attributes of Thinking Positive.
The Conscious & Sub-Conscious mind
The consequences of negative thinking.
Usage of Money. Good habits to spend and earn.

General Terms:
 Clients will take care basic facilities of projector, speakers, markers, whiteboard,
charts, etc.

 Cancellation of any programme should be informed well in advance ( at least 7 days


before ) to avoid any cancellation fee. Any cancellation less than 7 days from the date of
the programme will attract the cancellation fee.

All the outbound training / activities are subject to the climatic conditions. Any activity
which is planned and cannot be performed due to any natural calamities, then other
activities will be conducted internally in the classroom with the same learning. However
the cost cannot be reduced for a particular activity which is not being performed due to
any natural calamity.

This proposal is valid for the period of 3 (three) months from the date of receiving the
same.
