What are some of the things you want to
achieve when you communicate
something?
• Everybody, keep quite!
• When you have reached your dream in life, can you
imagine how good it is? Like you have your own care,
own big house, monthly salary where you can buy what
you need and what you want!
• To my parents who are supporting me all the time
especially when there are projects and payments in
school, who press my clothes all the time, who all the
time always there for me when I need them the most,
thank you and I love you so much.
• 1. Group yourselves by table
• 2. Make a skit out from the situation in the line strip
given to you.
• 3. You will prepare the skit for 10 minutes and deliver
it for 3 minutes.
• 4. Criteria for grading your skit presentation:
• content – 20 pts
• Partipations of all members – 20 pts
• Acting skill (role well played) – 10 pts
• TOTAL - 50 PTS
• G1. The class is noisy. The president of the class goes in
front and reprimand the classmates to keep quite.

Communication serves different functions.
Basically, there are five functions of communication. These are
control, social interaction, motivation, emotional expression, and
information dissemination.
• Control – Communication functions to control behavior.
• Social Interaction – Communication allows individuals to interact
with others.
• Motivation – Communication motivates or encourages people to
live better.
• Emotional expression – Communication facilitates people’s
expression of their feelings and emotions.
• Information dissemination – Communication functions to convey
information.
