KESAN PANDEMIC-COVID 19
Penutupan sekolah akan menyebabkan hilangnya pembelajaran, putus sekolah, dan ketidaksetaraan yang lebih
tinggi, serta goncangan ekonomi akan memperburuk kerusakan, dengan menekan permintaan dan penawaran
pendidikan karena membahayakan institusi
Setiap negara harus bergerak cepat untuk mendukung pembelajaran yang berkelanjutan, mereka dapat mengurangi
kerusakan dan bahkan mengubah pemulihan menjadi peluang baru untuk pembelajaran masa hadapan dari segi
“assessment, pedagogy, technology, financing, and parental involvement”.
Respons kebijakan untuk mencapai hal ini dapat diringkas dalam tiga fase yang tumpang tindih:

• Literasi digital mencakup kemampuan untuk menemukan dan menggunakan
informasi tetapi lebih dari itu, untuk mencakup komunikasi, kolaborasi dan
kerja tim, kesadaran sosial dalam lingkungan digital, pemahaman tentang
keamanan elektronik dan dapat penciptaan informasi baru
• Baik digital dan literasi informasi sangat penting dalam pembelajaran,
pengajaran dan penelitian bagi keterampilan penting bagi siswa dan pengajar
