DEFINISI PENGELOLAAN
KELAS

Pengelolaan kelas adalah upaya untuk

menciptakan dan mempertahankan kondisi
yang optimal bagi terjadinya proses belajar
yang didalamnya juga mencakup pengaturan
orang (Peserta didik) dan fasilitas.
 FUNGSI
PENGELOLAAN
KELAS

Menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang

kondusif bagi peserta didik untuk mencapai
tujuan pengajaran secara efektif dan efisien.
TUJUAN PENGELOLAAN KELAS

Tujuan pengelolaan kelas (Ahmad : 1995) :

1. Mewujudkan situasi dan kondisi kelas yang nyaman untuk peserta didik.
2. Menghilagkan berbagai hambatan yang dapat menghalangi terwujudnya
interaksi belajar mengajar.
3. Menyediakan dan mengatur fasilitas serta perabot belajar yang mendukung dan
memungkinkan pebelajar belajar sesuai dengan lingkungan sosial, emosional,
dan intelektual pebelajar dalam kelas.
4. Membina dan membimbing sesuai dengan latar belakang sosial, ekonomi,
budaya serta sifat-sifat individunya.

Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi
penyusunan rancangan pengelolaan
kelas:
● Pemahaman terhadap arti, tujuan dan hakikat
pengelolaan kelas

● Pemahaman terhadap hakikat siswa

● Pemahaman terhadap bentuk penyimpangan

● Pemahaman terhadap pendekatan-pendekatan yang

dapat digunakan dalam pengelolaan kelas.

● Pemilikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam

membuat rancangan pengelolaan kelas.
PROSEDUR PENGELOLAAN
KELAS
Langkah-langkah proses pengelolaan kelas, antara lain:
a. Memahami hakikat konsep dan tujuan pengelolaan kelas.
b. Menentukan masalahnya, preventif atau kuratif
c. Mempertimbangkan hakikat anak yang memiliki tingkat
pertumbuhan dan perkembangan sendiri, lalu memperhatikan
kenyata’an penyimpangan perilaku yang ada.
d. Menentukan masalahnya , individual atau kelompok
e. Menyusun rancangan pengelolaan kelas, preventif individual atau
kelompok.
f. Menjabarkan langkah-langkah kegiatan rancangan pengelolaan
kelas.
g.Melaksanakan rancangan yang telah disusun, dimana fungsi dan
peranan guru sangat menentukan.

Pengelolaan kelas merupakan hal yang sangat penting dimana keberhasilan dalm
proses belajar mengajar dipengaruhi oleh keberhasilan dalam pengelolaan kelas,
dimana guru, murid sarana dan prasarana merupakan hal yang menunjang
keberhasilan tersebut.
