Apa itu AKBK..??

AKBK atau Implant adalah metode

kontrasepsi hormonal yang efektif, tidak
permanen dan dapat mencegah
terjadinya kehamilan antara tiga hingga
lima tahun (BKKBN, 2013)

Susuk KB/Implant atau alat kontrasepsi bawah kulit (AKBK)
adalah Satu, dua atau enam batang silastik (sebesar bata korek
api) yang berisi hormone progesterone dimasukkan dibawah
kulit lengan atas. Implant satu dan dua batang dapat digunakan
selama 3 tahun, sedangkan yang enam batang dapat digunakan
selama 5 tahun. Aman bagi hampir semua wanita yang
menggunakan, namun segera dilepas apabila sudah habis batas
waktu penggunaan (BKKBN, 2012)

 Keuntungan Implant
a. Efektif 5 tahun untuk Norplant, 3 tahun untuk Jadena, Indoplant atau Implanon.
b. Nyaman
c. Dapat dipakai oleh semua ibu dalam usia reproduksi
d. Pemasangan dan pencabutan perlu pelatihan
e. Kesuburan segera kembali setelah implant dicabut
f. Efek samping utama berupa perdarahan tidak teratur, perdarahan bercak dan
amenorea
g. Aman dipakai pada masa laktasi.
JENIS IMPLANT (BKKBN, 2006)

Norplant terdiri dari 6 silastik

lembut berongga dengan panjang 3,4
cm, dengan diameter 2,4 mm, yang
diisi dengan 36 mg Levonorgesterl dan
lama kerjanya 5 tahun.
JENIS IMPLANT
Implanon terdiri dari satu batang
putih lentur dengan panjang kira-kira
40 mm, diameter 2 mm, diisi dengan 68
mg 3-Keto-desogestrel dan lama
kerjanya 3 tahun.
JENIS IMPLANT
Jadena dan Indoplant. Terdiri dari
2 batang yang diisi dengan 75 mg
levonorgestrel dengan lama kerja 3
tahun.
CARA KERJA IMPLANT
▪ Hormon progesterone yang terdapat pada batang
implant dilepaskan secara perlahan sehingga
menyebabkan menekan ovulasi.
▪ Lendir serviks menjadi kental sehingga perjalanan
sperma terhambat.
▪ Mengganggu proses pembentukan lapisan
endometrium sehingga sulit terjadi implantasi.
EFEKTIFITAS
▪ Sangat efektif 5 tahun untuk Norplant, 3 tahun
untuk Jadena, Indoplant, dan Implanon.
▪ Nyaman.
▪ Dapat dipakai oleh semua ibu dalam usia
reproduksi.
▪ Kesuburan segera kembali setelah implant dicabut.
EFEK SAMPING
▪ Efek samping paling utama dari norplant adalah perubahan pola haid,
yang terjadi pada kira-kira 60% akseptor dalam tahun pertama setelah
insersi.
▪ Bertambahnya hari-hari perdarahan dalam 1 siklus
▪ Perdarahan bercak (spotting)
▪ Berkurangnya panjang siklus haid
▪ Amenorea, meskipun lebih jarang terjadi dibandingkan perdarahan lama
atau perdarahan bercak.
KERUGIAN/KETERBATASAN IMPLANT
▪ Nyeri kepala, pening/pusing kepala
▪ Peningkatan/penurunan berat badan
▪ Nyeri payudara
▪ Perubahan mood atau kegelisahan
▪ Tidak memberi perlindungan terhadap infeksi penyakit
menular seksual termasuk HIV/AIDS
▪ Memerlukan tindakan pemedahan minor untuk
memasang/insersi dan pencabutan
WANITA YANG BOLEH MENGGUNAKAN IMPLANT
▪ Usia reproduksi
▪ Telah memiliki anak ataupun belum
▪ Menghendaki kontrasepsi yang memiliki efektifitas tinggi dan menghendaki
pencegahan kehamilan jangka panjang
▪ Menyusui dan membutuhkan kontrasepsi
▪ Pasca persalinan dan tidak menyusui
▪ Pasca keguguran
▪ Tidak menginginkan anak lagi tetapi menolak sterilisasi
▪ Riwayat kehamilan ektopik
▪ Tekanan darah < 180/110 mmHg, dengan masalah pembekuan darah, atau
anemia bulan sabit (sickle cell)
Wanita yang Tidak Boleh Menggunakan Implant

Menurut BKKBN (2006) :

 Hamil atau diduga hamil.
 Perdarahan pervaginam yang tidak diketahui penyebabnya
 Tidak dapat menerima perubahan pola haid yang terjadi.
 Gangguan toleransi glukosa.
 Benjolan/karsinoma payudara/riwayat karsinoma payudara.
 Mioma uterus dan kanker payudara.

Waktu Mulai Menggunakan Implant
 Setiap saat selama siklus haid hari ke-2 sampai ke-7.
 Insersi dapat dilakukan setiap saat, asal saja diyakini tidak terjadi kehamilan.
 Bila klien tidak haid, insersi dapat dilakukan setiap saat asal diyakini tidak
hamil
 Bila menyusui antara 6 minggu sampai 6 bulan pascapersalinan, insersi dapat
dilakukan setiap saat.
 Bila kontrasepsi sebelumnya adalah suntik, implant dapat diberikan pada saat
jadwal kontrasepsi suntik tersebut
 Bila kontrasepsi sebelumnya adalah non hormonal (kecuali AKDR) dan klien
ingin mengganti dengan implant, insersi implant dapat dilakukan setiap saat,
asal saja diyakini klien tidak hamil.
