2. Isu hak cipta intelektual, privasi pelanggan dan karyawan, keamanan catatan perusahaan, dan
keamanan ditempat kerja.

1. Proporsional : Hal baik yang dicapai melalui teknologi harus melebihi bahaya atau risikonya.
2. Persetujuan berdasarkan informasi : Mereka yang terkena dampak dari teknologi harus memahami dan
menerima berbagai risiko.
3. Keadilan : Manfaat dan beban teknologi harus disebarkan secara adil. Mereka yang mendapatkan
manfaat harus menanggung bagian yang adil risikonya dan mereka yang tidak mendapatkan manfaat
harus dibebaskan dari penderitaan akibat peningkatan risiko yang signifikan.
4. Minimalis resik : Teknologi harus diimplementasikan dengan sedemikian rupa untuk menghindari

sumber daya jaringan secara tidak sah.
• Pemberian informasi secara tidak sah
• Pembuatan kopo software secara tidak sah
• Mengingkari akses pemakai akhir ke hardware, software, data atau sumber daya jaringannya sendiri.
• Menggunakan atau berkonspirasi untuk menggunakan sumber daya komputer atau jaringan untuk
secara ilegal mendapatkan informasi atau property berwujud.
