ANTIPIRETIK
 PENDAHULUAN

.TUJUAN PRAKTIKUM
Untuk menganalisis efek analgetik dari Parasetamol, Ibuprofen, dan
Antalgin pada hewan uji coba
LATAR BELAKANG
Demam merupakan gejala dari suatu penyakit. Penyakit infeksi berdarah,tifus,
malaria,peradangan hati dan penyakit infeksi lain merupakan contoh penyakit yang
sering mempunyai gejala demam.Dampak negatif demam antara lain dehidrasi,
kekurangan oksigen,kerusakan syaraf,rasa tidak nyaman seperti sakit kapala,nafsu
makan menurun (anoreksia),lemas dan nyeri otot. Untuk mengurangi dampak
negatif ini maka demam perlu diobati dengan antipiretik

Nyeri adalah pengalaman sensorik dan emosional yang tidak menyenangkan akibat
kerusakan jaringan, baik aktual maupun potensial atau yang digambarkan dalam
bentuk kerusakan tersebut. Mekanisme timbulnya nyeri didasari oleh proses
multipel yaitu nosisepi,sensitasi perifer,perubahan fenotip,sensititasi entral,
eksitabilitas ektopik,reorganisasi strukrural dan penurunan inhibisi.
DASAR TEORI
Analgesik adalah golongan obat yang dapat menghilangkan rasa nyeri seperti nyeri
kepala, gigi, dan sendi.  Obat golongan analgesik umumnya juga mempunyai efek
antipiretik, yakni mampu menurunkan suhu tubuh, sehingga biasa disebut obat
golongan analgesik-antipiretik, seperti aspirin, parasetamol, dan antalgin (Murray,
R. K., 2003). 

Antipiretik adalah obat yang dapat menurunkan suhu tubuh pada keadaan
demam.
Antipiretik mempunyai suatu efek pada termostat hipotalamus yang berlawanan

dengan zat patogen. Penurunan demam oleh antiporetik sering kali melalui
pengurangan pembuangan panas dari produksi panas

Obat golongan ini mampu menurunkan panas (antipiretik) karena menormalkan

pustat pengatur suhu yang terletak di batang otak.  Selain itu mampu melebarkan
darah dan memperbanyak keringat sehingga lebih banyak panas yang
dibuang.  Selain bekerja disusunan syaraf pusat, analgesik- antipiretik dapat
mencegah pemesanan prostaglandin, yakni zat yang menimbulkan rasa nyeri dan
panas

5. Parasetamol 500 mg/70 kgbb
6. Asetosal 500 mg/70 kg bb
7. Na Diklofenak 500 mg/70 kgbb
8. Alkohol 70%
9. Aqua destilata
10. As asetat 1% v/v

dikelompokkan secara rawu yang larutan aqua dest diberi parasetamol
dibagi dalam 4 kelompok, tiap
kelompok terdiri dari 3 ekor
