༝ Sushi adalah makanan asal Jepang yang kini banyak di
favoritkan oleh masyarakat Indonesia.
༝ Biasanya terbuat dari nasi yang dibentuk bersama lauk pauk
berupa makanan laut, daging, sayuran mentah, atau yang
sudah dimasak.

༝ Namun kali ini kami kami mengkreasikan sebuah sushi yang

terbuat dari ubi dan dipadukan dengan buah-buahan.
Tentunya rasa dan kandungan gizinya tidak kalah dengan
sushi biasanya.
༝ Serta kami juga menambahkan topping pada sushi tersebut.

Bahan yang digunakan :
༝ Ubi yang sudah direbus
༝ Pisang
༝ Mentimun
༝ Nangka
༝ Susu coklat dan vanila
༝ Wijen
༝ Meses Ceres
༝ Tepung panir

 Cara Pembuatan
1. Haluskan ubi yang sudah direbus
sebelumnya.
2. Dipipihkan ubi tersebut sesuai dengan yang
diinginkan
3. Dikupas dan potong mentimun, pisang dan
nangka.
4. Digulung bahan tersebut dengan ubi yang
sudah dipipihkan.
5. Tambahkan susu sesuai selera.
6. Lalu di potong gulungan tersebut menjadi
beberapa bagian sama besar.
7. Celupkan pada susu dan tambahkan topping
yang diinginkan 4
