Target Behaviors
1. Select behaviors that will make an immediate and socially signifcant
difference in the communicative skills of the client.
2. Select the actual target behaviors, not their surrogates.
3. Select behaviors that help expand communicative skills.
4. Select behaviors that are linguistically and culturally appropriate for the
client.
