dianggap perlu oleh Perseroan.

5. Tindakan fraud.
6. Tindakan salah/kelalaian kewajiban yang disengaja dari manajemen.
7. Tindakan yang membahayakan kesehatan, keselamatan kerja dan lindung lingkungan.
