 OBJECTIVES
- To educate workers at the site on identifying hazards and
controlling it base on a systematic approach
-Mendidik pekerja di lokasi kerja untuk
mengidentifikasi bahaya dan mengendalikannya
berdasarkan pendekatan sistematis

- To do the job safely by reducing the risk at the

workplace
-Melakukan pekerjaan dengan aman dengan
mengurangi resiko di tempat kerja

 SCOPE / RUANG LINGKUP
• This applies to all operations, projects and contracted works performed in TBL project site;
non-routine activity/s and routine activity. Prosedur Ini berlaku untuk semua operasi, proyek,
dan pekerjaan kontrak yang dilakukan di lokasi proyek TBL; aktivitas non-rutin dan aktivitas
rutin
• Provide a level of control to ensure hazards associated with certain work types are
eliminated or minimized to prevent incidents occurring in the workplace Menetapkan tingkat
pengendalian untuk memastikan bahaya yang terkait dengan jenis pekerjaan tertentu
dihilangkan atau diminimalkan untuk mencegah insiden yang terjadi di tempat kerja
 RESPONSIBILITY/TANGGUNG JAWAB

 CONTRACTOR and SUBCONTRACTOR Site Supervisors / Foreman’s is

responsible for administering and ensuring the implementation of the Task
Instructions process. Pengawas/ Mandor KONTRAKTOR dan SUBCONTRACTOR
bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola dan memastikan implementasi proses Instruksi
Kerja.
 Ensures the safety of their personnel. Provides information, instruction and
coaching, ensuring the task performer has a thorough understanding of the hazards,
occupational health and environmental issues and safe work process required to
safely execute the task. Ensures that each task is analyzed for hazards and
safeguards are planned and communicated to task performers allowing the task to
be executed safely Memastikan keselamatan personel mereka. Memberikan
informasi, instruksi dan pelatihan, memastikan pelaksana pekerjaan memiliki
pemahaman yang menyeluruh tentang bahaya, masalah kesehatan kerja dan

WHY TI IS IMPORTANT?
Ensure permit is issued before start work. Pastikan ijin dikeluarkan sebelum

• There should be a blend of new and experienced workers.

WHEN DO WE CARRY OUT TI?
Before we start a job after getting a permit,
all should conduct TI at the site.
Assess the risk! All supervisor and workers are to
discuss the risk involving in their assigned task.
Sebelum pekerjaan di mulai dan sesudah
mendapatkan ijin kerja, semua harus melakukan
TI di area kerja. Supervisor dan pekerja harus
diskusi mengenai resiko di pekerjaannya
•To find a safe way to carry out the hazard without
nobody getting hurt.
• Untuk menemukan cara aman untuk
melakukan bahaya tanpa ada yang
terluka.
•Ensure to eliminate or reduce the risk involved in
the work activities.
• Pastikan untuk menghilangkan atau

1. After daily Toolbox Meeting,supervisors and workers should gather at the job area.
Setelah briefing keselamatan, supervisor dan pekerja harus berkumpul di
tempat kerja.

2. The supervisor in charge should check

the health of all workers if they are fit for
the day to work. Pengawas yang
bertanggung jawab harus memeriksa
kesehatan semua pekerja jika mereka
fit untuk hari kerja.

3. Then he should ask all the workers to

look around for any potential hazards.If
there is any,the team should eliminate
reduce it right away. Kemudian dia
harus meminta semua pekerja untuk
mencari potensi bahaya apapun. Jika
ada, tim harus segera
menghilangkannya.

4. The supervisor should then facilitate the discussion

around the hazards identified within the team and they
should do to rectify them (i.e., requirements of PTW,
MSRA) Pengawas kemudian harus memfasilitasi
diskusi seputar bahaya yang diidentifikasi dalam
tim dan harus dilakukan untuk memperbaikinya

5. He should ask the ideas of workers of how to get the

job done safely. Dia harus menanyakan gagasan
pekerja tentang bagaimana menyelesaikan
pekerjaan dengan aman.

6. Safety coordinator to join where available to

facilitate discussion ensuring all workers are actively
engaged in the discussion. Koordinator keselamatan
