• Adalah sebuah cedera pada anterior
atau anteroinferior labium glenoid,
struktur fibrokartilago yang
mengelilingi dan memperdalam tulang
glenoid.
Montegia Galeazzi
Terjatuh dengan tangan Jatuh dengan tumpuan pada

mengalami dislokasi.
Pemeriksaan Fisik
1. Pembengkakan pada siku
2. Deformitas
3. Krepitasi

distal
Mechanism of Injury
FOOSH injury
Gambaran Klinis
• Nyeri
• Swelling
• ‘Dinner-fork’ deformity pada colles. ‘Garden Spade’ pada smith
• Stiffness
Dinner-fork deformity
Pemeriksaan penunjang
• Foto polos AP/Lateral Colles
Terapi
• Konservatif:
• Undisplaced fracture: immobilisasi dengan below elbow plaster cast selama 1-2
hari sampai sudah tidak ada pembengkakan
• Displaced fracture: dilakukan manipulative reduction diikuti imobilisasi
dengan cast.
• Operatif:
• Closed reduction & percutaneous pinning dengan K-wires
• Open reduction dan plate fixation
Komplikasi
• Stiffness of joints
• Mal-union
• Subluxation sendi radio-ulnar inferior
• Carpal-tunnel syndrome
Thumb Fracture
Bennet fracture
Bennet fracture
• Nyeri sekali
• Bengkak
Management
• reduksi tertutup
• Internal fixation: K-wires
Rolando fracture
• Fracture 3 bagian pada thumb metacarpal
• pria : wanita = 10: 1. Ini paling umum pada rentang usia
20 hingga 40 tahun
• Gejala Klinis:
• bengkak
• Tender
• Deformitas pada dasar thumb
Pemeriksaan Penunjang:
• Management :
Cast 3- 4 mgg : thumb spica
K-wires
Pipkin fracture
Pipkin fracture
Pipkin’s fracture
Pemeriksaan penunjang:
• CT pelvic
Management
• Non Operative
hip reduction
TDWB (4-6 mgg) : Touch Done Weight Bearing
• Operative
• ORIF
Segond Fracture
• Treatment : ORIF
Shepherd fracture
• fracture of the lateral tubercle of
the posterior process of the talus
• MOI: ankle inversion, forced
plantar flexion, or direct
compression injury in which the
posterior talofibular ligament
avulses the tubercle
• A simple rule is, ‘If it’s not
causing symptoms, it doesn’t
really matter.’
Evaluation
• Plain radiographs
• CT-Scan
Complications
• Chronic pain
• Arthrosis
• Avascular necrosis (rare)
Treatment
• Immobilization
• Excision of the fragment
Tillaux fracture
• Avulsion fracture of the
anterolateral tubercle of the
distal tibia caused by a pull of
the anteroinferior tibiofibular
ligament during external rotation
• This typically occurs in
adolescent patients, as the
ligament is usually stronger than
the anterolateral epiphysis,
which at this time of
development, is open and
susceptible to injury
Evaluation
• Plain radiographs
• CT-scan
Complication
• Mal-union
• Asymmetrical growth
• Shortening
Treatment
• Closed reduction
• Immobilization
Lisfranc fracture
• Fracture-dislocation of the
tarsometatarsal joint
• Lisfranc injuries can be subdivided into
• Lisfranc fracture-displacements due to high-impact
injuries
• Lisfranc midfoot sprains due to low-impact injuries
Evaluation
• Plain radiograph
• CT-scan
Complication
• Arch deformity
• Chronic pain
• Osteoarthritis
• Compartment syndrome of the foot
Treatment
• traction and manipulation under anaesthesia; the position is then held
with percutaneous K-wires or screws and cast immobilization
• If closed reduction fails, open reduction is essential.
Chopart fracture-dislocation
Dislocation of the mid-tarsal
(talonavicular and
calcaneocuboid) joints of the foot,
often with associated fracture of
the calcaneous, cuboid, dan
navicular
Usually caused by fall from height,
traffic collisions and twisting
injuries to the foot as seen in
basketball players.
Jones fracture
• fracture at the
metaphyseal/diaphyseal junction
without distal extension beyond
the fourth to fifth intermetatarsal
articulation
• Evalutation: AP, Lateral, oblique
plain radiograph
• Treatment: non-weight bearing
casting; intramedullary screw
fixation
