Pengertian Regulasi

Regulasi adalah suatu peraturan yang dibuat

untuk membantu mengendalikan suatu
kelompok, lembaga/ organisasi, dan
masyarakat demi mencapai tujuan tertentu
dalam kehidupan bersama, bermasyarakat,
dan bersosialisasi.

Pengertian Sarana Dan
Prasarana
Sarana adalah peralatan yang bergerak dan
umumnya dipakai secara langsung, misalnya ada
kertas, pulpen, buku, komputer, dan lain-lain.
Sedangkan prasarana adalah penunjang dan
umumnya merupakan fasilitas yang tidak
bergerak, misalnya gedung dan ruangan.

Standarisasi sarana dan prasarana kantor disusun
berdasarkan asas: tertib, adil, transparan, efisien dan
efektif, manfaat, keselamatan, kesejahteraan,
kepatuhan, akuntabel
 Maksud Penyusunan Standar Sarana Dan Prasarana
Kantor
a. Memberi kepastiaan ketentuaan penggunaan ruang
kantor, alat perlengkapan kantor, dan kendaraan dinas
b. Memberi keseragaman penggunaan ruang kantor

d.Mewujudkan sarana dan prasarana sesuai standar.

 Standar Sarana Dan Prasarana Kantor
Regulasi Sarana Dan Prasarana Kantor diatur dalam undang-
undang sebagai berikut:
a. Permen PAN-RB No. 48 Tahun 2013 tentang standar sarana dan
    

prasarana kantor dilingkungan Kemen PAN-RB.

b. Permendagri No.17 Tahun 2007 tentang pedoman teknis
     

pengelolaan barang milik daerah

c. Permendagri No. 7 tahun 2006 tentang standarisasi Sarana dan
  

prasarana Kerja pemerintah daerah.

Dirumuskan meliputi:
Ø Ruang kantor meliputi ruang kerja, ruang tamu dan ruang rapat
  

Ø Ruang penunjang meliputi: ruang ibadah, lobi, ruang data

  

(server), ruangb arsip, ruang perpustakaan, ruang penyimpanan

barang, ruang pusat CCTV, ruang poliklinik, ruang sentral
telepon dll.
