Dampak lingkungan kerja yang sehat
kolaborasi, perawat harus tanpa henti dalam mengejar dan membina kolaborasi;
pengambilan keputusan yang efektif: perawat harus dihargai dan berkomitmen untuk membuat
kebijakan, mengarahkan dan mengevaluasi perawatan klinis, dan memimpin operasi organisasi;
appropriate staffing, staffing harus memastikan kecocokan yang efektif antara kebutuhan pasien dan
kompetensi perawat;
pengakuan yang berarti, perawat harus diakui dan harus mengakui nilai-nilai orang lain atau
profesi lain yang dibawa ke organisasi pekerjaan.;
proposed standard, perawat dan pemimpin perawat harus merangkul perawatan diri sebagai
dasar untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang sehat dimana pasien dan mitra klinis dapat

Gambar 2 menunjukkan tempat yang adekuat di mana semua peralatan tertata rapi dalam
sebuah tempat yang terjangkau tanpa perlu jongkok atau berjinjit, terdapat tempat duduk yang
ketinggiannya bisa diatur dan memiliki ruangan untuk kaki, memiliki ruangan untuk individu
bekerja dan terdapat ruang yang cukup apabila ada tambahan perawat saat pergantian shift.
