 Sejarah Undang – Undang Dasar 1945

Undang-Undang Dasar 1945 dirancang sejak 29 Mei 1945

sampai 16 juni 1945 oleh Badan Penyelidik Usaha-usaha
Persiapan Kemerdkaan Inddonesia (BPUPKI) atau dalam
bahasa jepang dikenal dengan Dokuritsu Zyunbi Tyoosakai
yang beranggotakan 21 orang. Diketahui Ir. Soekarno, Drs.
Moh, Hatta sebagai wakil ketua dengan 19 orang anggota yang
terdiri dari 11 orang wakil dari jawa, 3 orang dari Sumatera
dan masingmasing 1 wakil dari Kalimantan, Maluku, dan
sunda kecil.

kemerdekaan tahun 1945 sampai
sekarang Indonesia pernah empat
kali berubah undang-undang.

Berikut ini urutan pergantian undang-undang yang berlaku
di Indonesia:

1. UUD 1945, berlaku pada 18 Agustus 1945 hingga 27

Desember 1949.
2. Konstitusi Republik Indonesia Serikat (RIS), berlaku pada 27
Desember 1949 hingga 17 Agustus 1950.
3. UUDS 1950, berlaku pada 17 Agustus 1950 hinga 5 Juli
1959.
4. UUD 1945 berlaku kembali pada 05 Juli 1959 hingga 19
Oktober 1999

Alinea IV menyatakan bahwa kemerdekaan kebangsaan Indonesia itu
disusun dalam suatu Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Indonesia yang
terbentuk dalam suatu susunan negara Republik Indonesia yang
berkedaulatan rakyat. Berdasarkan Pasal 1 Ayat 1 UUD 1945, Negara
Indonesia adalah negara kesatuan yang berbentuk republik. Berdasarkan hal
itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa bentuk negara Indonesia adalah kesatuan,
sedangkan bentuk pemerintahannya adalah republik

✘ Bentuk pemerintahan negara dapat dibedakan ada beberapa jenis, yakni otokrasi,
oligarki, monarki dan republik
 Otokrasi
 Otokrasi adalah negara yang diperintah dengan kekuasaan tunggal seperti raja
atau diktator yang tidak dapat di ganggung gugat.
 Oligarki
 Menurut Kamus Besar Bahasa Indonesia (KBBI), Oligarki adalah pemerintahan
yang dijalankan oleh beberapa orang yang berkuasa dari golongan atau
kelompok tertentu.
 Monarki
 Monarki adalah bentuk pemerintahan yang kekuasaannya dipegang seorang raja
atau kaisar. Pada sistem pemerintahan tersebut biasanya akan berlangsung
sepanjang hayat sang raja, ratu, atau sultan.
Republik
 Republik adalah negara yang di jalankan berdasarkan prinsip kedaulatan rakyat
yang dilaksanakan secara demokratis melalui pemilihan umum
