 Anatomi dan Fisiologi Sistem Perkemihan

Sistem perkemihan adalah suatu sistem yang didalamnya terjadi

penyaringan darah sehingga darah bebas dari zat yang tidak digunakan oleh
tubuh. Sistem perkemihan merupakan sistem rangkaian organ yang terdiri atas
ginjal, ureter, vesika urinaria, dan uretraGinjal, ureter, kadung kemih dan
uretra membentuk sistem urinarius.
Fungsi utama ginjal adalah mengatur keseimbangan cairan serta elektrolit dan
komposisi asam basa cairan tubuh, mengeluarkan produk aktif metabolik dari
dalam darah dan mengatur tekanan darah. Urin yang terbentuk sebagai hasil
dari proses ini diangkut dari ginjal melalui ureter kedalam kandung kemih
tempat urin tersebut disimpan untuk sementara waktu. Pada saat urinasi,
kandung kemih berkontraksi dan urin akan diekskresikan dari tubuh lewat
uretra.

Anatomi dan Fisiologi Sistem Perkemihan
Ginjal terdiri dari tiga bagian
1. Korteks renalis (bagian luar): mengandung mekanisme
penyaringan darah dan dilindungi oleh kapsul berfibrosa dan
lapisan lemak
2. Medula renalis (bagian tengah): mengandung 8 sampai 12
piramida ginjal (biji berlurik yang sebagian besar tersusun dari
struktur tubular)
3. Pelvis renalis ( bagian dalam): menerima urine melalui kalises

Nefron terdiri dari beberapa bagian antara lain sebagai berikut:

1. Glomerulus
2. Kapsul bowman
3. Tubulus kontroktul proksimal
4. Ansa henle
5. Tubulus kontortus distal
6. Duktus koligentes atau duktus
7. Pembuluh darah ginjal
A. Definisi Sindrom Nefrotik 

Sindrom Nefrotik 
adalah status klinis yang ditandandai dengan peningkatanan
permeabilitas membran glomerulus terhadap protein yang mengakibatkan
kehilangan urinarius yang massif. Sindrom nefrotik  adalah kumpulan gejala
klinis yang timbul dari kehilangan protein karena kerusakan glomerulus yang
difusi
 Patofisiologi
Berdasaran tipe batu, proses pembentukan batu melalui kristalisasi. 3
faktor yang mendukung proses ini yaitu saturasi urin, difisiensi inhibitor dan
produksi matriks protein. Pada umumnya Kristal tumbuh melalui adanya
supersaturasi urin. Proses pembentukan dari agregasi menjadi partikel
yang
lebih besar, di antaranya partikel ini ada yang bergerak kebawah melalui
saluran kencing hingga pada lumen yang sempit dan berkembang
membentuk
batu. Renal kalkuli merupakan tipe Kristal dan dapat merupakan gabungan
dari beberapa tipe.

Sebagian batu saluran kemih adalah idiopatik dan dapat bersifat simtomatik
ataupun asimtomatik. Teori terbentuknya batu antara lain :
1. Teori Inti matriks
2. Teori supersaturasi
3. Teori presipitasi-kristalisasi
4. Teori kurangnya faktor penghambat.
