Keputihan adalah kondisi ketika lendir atau cairan keluar

dari vagina. Keputihan merupakan cara alami tubuh untuk
Menjaga kebersihan dan kelembaban organ kewanitaan.
Ketika seorang wanita mengalami keputihan, cairan yang
diproduksi kelenjar kelenjar vagina dan leher Rahim akan
keluar membawa sel kulit mati dan bakteri sehingga vagina
tetap terlindungi dari inveksi.
 Jenis-jenis keputihan

1. Keputihan normal
adalah keputihan yang terjadi pada masa ovulasi
yaitu kurang lebih 12-14 hari setelah menstruasi, pada
saat terasa seksual dan mengalami stres, emosional.
Keputihan seperti ini wajar pada wanita

2. Keputihan abnormal
Adalah gejala keluarnya lendir secara berlebihan,
berwarna putih dan berbau, gatal jarang terjadinya
nyeri..
 Penyebab keputihan

1. Keputihan normal terjadi akibat adanya perubahan hormone yang dialami seorang
Wanita seperti siklus haids. Selain factor perubahan hormon keputihanjuga terjadi
Saat wanita mendapatkan rangsangan seksual, menyusui hingga setres.

2. Wanita yang mengalami keputihan abnormal ini lebih disebabkan kerena adanya infeksi dari
jamur, bakteri ataupun parasit.
Beberapa faktor wanita rentan mengalami infeksi vagina dan
menimbulkan keputihan?

1. Mengunsumsi pil kb dan obat

kontrikostiroid
2. Penderita diabetes
3. Melakukan hubungan seksual tanpa
menggunakan kondom dan sering
berganti pasanmgan.
4. Menurunnya sistem kekebalan tubuh
5. Terdapat iritasi didalam atau sekitar
vagina
6. Menipisnya dinding vagina akibat
menopause
7. Terlalu sering membersihkan area
kewanitaan dengan semprotan air
8. Menggunakan sabun atau lotion yang
mengandung parfum atau pewangi
Tanda dan gejala pada keputihan
1. keputihan normal
tidak berwarna atau berwarna putih, tidak berbau atau mengeluarkan bau,
meninggalkan bercak kekuningan dicelana dalam, stektur cairan keputihan
dapat berubah tergantung siklus menstruasi.

2. Keputihan abnormal
yaitu cairan keputihan berbeda warna, bau/tekstur dari biasanya, cairan
keputihan keluar lebih banyak dari biasanya, keluar darah setelah
berhubungan atau diluar jadwal haids, gatal pada daerah kewanitaan, nyeri
dipanggul atau ketika bab dan rasa terbakar disekitar vagina.

Bersikan vagina dengan sabun
dan air hangat sesudah bab/bak
kemudian keringkan cara ini
dilakukan untuk mencegah
bakteri masuk kedalam vagina
melalui dubur.
Cara mengatasi keputihan
Hindari menyiram atau
membersihkan vagina dengan
semprotan air cara ini beresiko
menghilangkan bakteri baik
yang melindungi vagina dari
infeksi
Gunakan celana dalam
berbahan katun untuk menjaga
kelembaban pada daerah
kewanitaan hindari
mengguakan celana dalam
yang terlalu ketat
Hindari menggunakan sabun
atau produk kewanitaan yang
mengandung parfum karena
dapat mengganggu
keseimbangan bakteri baik pada
vagina
