FOTOSINTESIS ?
Fotosintesis adalah cara yang dilakukan tumbuhan
untuk menghasilkan makanannya sendiri.
Fotosintesis merupakan proses pembentukan glukosa
dan oksigen yang prosesnya membutuhkan air dari
dalam tanah dan karbondioksida dari udara.Tak
hanya itu, fotosintesis juga membutuhkan bantuan
sinar matahari sebagai sumber energi agar prosesnya
bisa berjalan sempurna. Fotosintesis yang terjadi
pada bagian klorofil dalam kloroplas ini terbagi
menjadi 2 tahap yang saling berhubungan, yaitu
reaksi terang dan reaksi gelap.

01 Fase terang tergantung dari cahaya dan terjadi di
membran tilakoid

FASE Fase gelap tidak memerlukan cahaya dan terjadi
di stroma

Proses:
1. Kloroplas menyerap energi cahaya merah dan nila.
2. Energi tsb untuk memecah air (fotolisis air)

5. NADPH dan ATP itu akan digunakan utuk reaksi
gelap, sebagian O₂dilepas dan sebagian digunakan
untuk katabolisme
REAKSI GELAP
 
1. FIKSASI
6 molekul Ribulosa bifosfat (RuBP) memfiksasi 6 molekul CO2 dengan
bantuan enzim rubisco. Akibatnya, terbentuk 6 molekul dengan 6 atom C yang tidak
stabil. Ke-6 molekul inilah kemudian pecah menjadi 12 molekul 3-fosfogliserat
(PGA).

2. REDUKSI
12 molekul PGA akan mendapatkan 12 gugus fosfat dari 12 ATP. Hal ini
mengakibatkan terbentuknya 12 molekul 1,3 bifosfogliserat. 12 molekul 1,3
bifosfogliserat akan menerima ion H+ dari NADPH, sehingga tereduksi menjadi 12
molekul fosfogliseraldehid-3P (PGAL). Nantinya 2 molekul PGAL akan saling
bergabung membentuk 1 molekul glukosa (C6H12O6).

3. REGENERASI
10 molekul PGAL lainnya akan menerima 6 gugus fosfat dari 6 ATP, yang
nantinya akan beregenerasi menjadi Ribulosa bifosfat (RuBP) kembali.
