 Deskripsi Kasus

◉ Berdasarkan hasil pengujian Balai Besar POM terhadap

Pil ZFT ditemukan hasil uji positif mengandung
paracetamol. Pil ZFT diproduksi oleh PT. HM yang
terdaftar sebagai industri obat tradisional.

 Identifikasi Masalah

• Pil ZFT yang diproduksi oleh PT.HM mengandung bahan kimia obat yaitu
parasetamol, seharusnya obat tradisional tidak boleh mengandung bahan kimia
obat.
• Industri obat tradisional telah melanggar pasal 37 bab 4 mengenai penyelenggaraan
pada Permenkes Nomor 006 tahun 2012 tentang Industri dan Usaha Obat
Tradisional.

 Solusi Penyelesaian Masalah

◉ Industri obat tradisional tidak seharusnya memproduksi obat yang mengandung

Bahan Kimia Obat (BKO) yaitu parasetamol.

◉ Antisipasi dan pencegahan dapat dilakukan oleh BPOM sebelum obat tersebut
diproduksi yang dikaitkan dengan izin produksi, pengawasan dan penindakan yang
dilakukan saat produk obat tradisional telah ada dipasaran dengan pengecekan rutin,
dan penguatan pengetahuan masyarakat dengan melakukan sosialisasi.
