Peran utamanya ialah melindungi sel-sel
tubuh terhadap stres oksidatif yang

 CARA PEMBUATAN
Dadih kerbau segar
dipisahkan dari tabung

dilakukan pembersihan
pepaya, dipotong lalu di
blender.

tambahkan pepaya
yang telah di blender

mg/hari berdasarkan AKG.
 Memilih pepaya bengkok karena
semakin matang kandungan vitamin C
nya semakin banyak, beda dengan
pepaya lainnya. Semakin besar
penambahan pepaya pada pembuatan es
krim maka kandungan vitamin C pada
es krim semakin besar pula.
