 Sekilas mengenai Budaya Organisasi
Secara sederhana, budaya organisasi bisa diartikan sebagai karakteristik ataupun pedoman yang
diterapkan oleh setiap anggota organisasi ataupun kelompok di dalam usaha tertentu.

Perlu digaris bawahi bahwa budaya ini memiliki peranan yang penting dalam memotivasi dan juga
meningkatkan efektivitas kerja suatu organisasi, baik itu dalam jangka pendek atau jangka panjang.
Selain itu, budaya organisasi juga bisa dijadikan sebagai alat dalam menentukan arah organisasi dan
juga mengarahkan apa yang boleh dan tidak dilakukan.

Tanpa diterapkannya budaya organisasi, maka performa setiap anggota di dalamnya tidak bisa dilakukan
secara maksimal. Untuk itu, budaya organisasi memiliki peranan yang penting dalam setiap organisasi
atau perusahaan.

 Apa itu Budaya Organisasi?

Budaya organisasi adalah sebuah sistem makna bersama yang dianut oleh
para anggota yang membedakan suatu organisasi dari organisasi-organisasi
lainnya. Sistem makna bersama ini adalah sekumpulan karakteristik kunci
yang dijunjung tinggi oleh organisasi.

Menciptakan budaya organisasi adalah dengan upaya

penanaman nilai-nilai budaya dalam manajemen atau
adminnistrasi.

Hal ini dapat dilakukan dengan cara antara lain:

Proses terbentuknya budaya dalam organisasi yakni munculnya
gagasan-gagasan atau jalan keluar yang kemudian tertanam
dalam suatu budaya dalam organisasi bisa bermula dari mana
pun, dari perorangan atau kelompok, dari tingkat bawah atau
puncak.

atau prinsip-prinsip menjalankan usaha. Pimpinan
organisasi perlu memantapkan nilai-nilai dasar
tersebut agar budaya dipakai sebagai pedoman
berperilaku bagi karyawan.
