Manusia (M1-Man)
1. Pembagian pasien, dilakukan sesuai arahan dari ketua tim dimana pembagiannya
itu melalui penunjukan secara langsung terhadap perawat pelaksana yang sedang
bertugas pada hari itu, tersedia buku laporan pasien yang diisi lengkap tiap shift
yang berisi keadaan umum, pemenuhan KDM, terapi tindakan yang sudah dan
akan dilakukan pada shift berikutnya. Juga tersedia buku TPRS, buku terapi dan
buku visite.
2. Operan shift dan pengaturan shift tiap hari terbagi menjadi 3 shift, yaitu shift pagi
(08.00-14.00 WITA), shift sore (14.00-21.00 WITA), dan shift malam (21.00-08.00
WITA).
3. Jumlah tenaga perawat di ruang Perawatan GardeniaRSUD Kota Makassar
berjumlah 12 orang yang terdiri 1 kepala ruangan, dan 11 perawat pelaksana
dengan tingkat Pendidikan 1 orang magister keperawatan, 4 orang S1 Kep + Ners,
3 orang D3 + S1 Kep, dan 5 orang D3, namun struktur organisasi di ruangan
belum diperbaharui.

Methode yang digunakan di Perawatan Gardenia RSUDK Kota Makassar

yaitu Metode Modfikasi

Ruangan ini memiliki SDM 4 Perawat Primer (P) yang terdiri dari kualifikasi
Ners dan Amk dan Perawat Associate (PA) sebanyak 6 perawat yang terdiri dari
lulusan 3 perawat Amk, 2 Perawat S. Kep, dan 1 lulusan Ners. Dalam
pengkoordinasian di ruang perawatan Gardenia dari 6 (100%) perawat
menyatakan pengkoordinasian dari kepala ruangan kepada perawat pelaksana
terlaksana dengan baik.

Berdasarkan pelaksanaan penerimaan pasien baru di ruang perawatan

Gardenia didapatkan bahwa sebayak 6 (100%) perawat menyatakan melakukan
penerimaan pasien baru. Operan/timbang terima di ruang perawatan Gardenia
didapatkan 12 (100%) perawat menyatakan melakukan timbang terima.
