KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN

Keputusan membeli atau mengkonsumsi

suatu produk dengan merk tertentu akan
diawali oleh langkah-langkah sebagai berikut:
 Keputusan pembelian

▸ Pengenalan kebutuhan
Faktor yang mempengaruhi pengaktifan kebutuhan yaitu : waktu, perubahan situasi,
pemilikan produk, konsumsi produk, perbedaan individu, pengaruh pemasaran.

▸ Pencarian informasi
Pencarian informasi mulai dilakukan ketika konsumen memandang bahwa
kebutuhan tersebut bisa dipenuhi dengan membeli dan mengkonsumsi suatu produk

▸ Evaluasi alternatif
Konsumen akan mengurangi pilihan bila dirasa tidak memenuhi kriteria evaluasi.

▸ Tindakan pembelian
3 macam pembelian yaitu : pembelian yang terencana sepenuhnya, pembelian yang
separuh terencana, pembelian yang tidak terencana.

▸ Pasca Konsumsi
Puas atau tidak puas
 kajian perilaku konsumen

Mengkaji konsumen debih menekankan pada perilaku

lebih fokus pada apa yang nyata apa yang
dipikirkan dan dirasakan dilakukannya, yakni perilaku

mengembangkan dan mengevaluasi strategi pemasaran.
Pendekatan perilaku konsumen dapat digunakan untuk
mengembangkan strategi dalam rangka mempengaruhi
kemungkinan pembelian tanpa mengubah sikap pra pembelian.
