 Keluhan Utama
Bercak merah kecoklatan yang mati rasa
pada kedua lengan, dada, punggung, perut,
paha kiri, dan kaki kanan sejak 1 tahun yang
lalu.
Riwayat Penyakit Sekarang
Keluhan bercak merah kecoklatan yang mati rasa
pada kedua lengan, dada, punggung, perut, paha
kiri, dan kaki kanan sejak kurang lebih 1 tahun
yang lalu. Awalnya berupa bercak kemerahan yang
mati rasa berukuran kecil di lengan kanan atas
kemudian menyebar dan bertambah banyak di
bagian tubuh yang lain. Pasien mengaku bercak
terasa menebal. Pasien sudah pernah berobat ke
puskesmas dan di diagnosis kusta namun pasien
hanya minum obat selama 1 minggu kemudian
berhenti dikarenakan merasa pusing dan kurang
nyaman setelah meminum obat tersebut. Gatal dan
nyeri disangkal. Hanya pasien yang mengalami hal
seperti ini di keluarga. Riwayat kontak dengan
penderita kusta disangkal.
