 Definisi

• Tumor payudara paling umum ditemukan,

tanpa rasa sakit, unilateral, jinak (non-
kanker) berupa benjolan padat, tidak berisi
cairan, mobilitas tinggi
● Dapat menyusut setelah menopause
● Massa seperti marmer yang terdiri dari
jaringan epitel & stroma di bawah kulit
payudara. Massa keras & kenyal dengan
batas teratur, ukuran bervariasi
ETIOLOGI

↑ sensitivitas jaringan payudara terhadap hormon estrogen

reproduksi wanita
● Wanita yang menggunakan kontrasepsi oral sebelum usia 20 th
cenderung menderita fibroadenoma pada tingkat yang lebih
tinggi daripada populasi umum
● Terjadi akibat proliferasi abnormal jaringan periduktus ke
dalam lobulus → sering ditemukan di kuadran lateral atas
(distribusi kelenjar >>)
GEJALA KLINIS

Biasanya nyeri (-), tetapi Nyeri ringan-sedang, asimetri
kadang nyeri bila payudara, deformasi estetika
ditekan, pertumbuhan payudara
relatif lambat

Benjolan dengan permukaan licin & merah,
Dapat di mana saja, konsistensi kenyal padat, mobile, soliter,
berbatas tegas & kulit di atasnya normal;
paling sering tidak terfiksasi pada parenkim sekitarnya &
kuadran lateral atas menyelinap di bawah jari saat palpasi →
“breast mouse”

-  Lesi isoechoic atau agak hypoechoic relatif terhadap
lemak → “a thin echogenic pseudocapsule”
-  Lingkaran halo di sekitarnya (Mach effect)
