Introduction to Screen Printing

It is a stencil technique. This technique is very old. We have been stencilling for a very long time. Approximately 300 years ago, the Japanese came up with techniques to strengthen vulnerable stencils by using hair or silk threads.

SQUEEGEE SYSTEM
The new squeegee holder is moved in weft direction on the main bridge by a brush-less motor. The pressure and the up and down movements of the pistons are applied directly on the squeegee and electronically controlled. The pressure and speed are set up independently for each way of printing.

SQUEEGEE SYSTEM
Every squeegee is hooked up to its supports in four points in two intermediate positions. The distribution of the printing pressure is easily achieved even with big repeats (up to 4 meters)

ADVANTAGES
Self repeat setting. Necessary fractioning to print with the established number of colors. Terry towel printing included in the tolerances and is printing them by centering the automatic color feeding.
