 Remember that the central thesis should be
the last sentence in the introductory
paragraph. However, the thesis sentence
cannot be the only sentence in the
introductory paragraph.
 There are two things that you can add to the
introductory paragraph.

view
 SAMPLE: Some people think that teachers in school
teach us more important things than parents do at
home while some people think that parents

in our lives, they are definitely the best teachers a
person can have.

 In this essay type, one must state that the
element to be discussed has both
advantages and disadvantages in the central
thesis. A good way to introduce your central
thesis is to elaborate and explain the element
to be discussed prior to the central thesis.
