Attitude is a function of FOCUS that helps to making a coordination between staff members. To manage your attitude, you have to CHOOSE to focus on the POSITIVES. Focus on the good in yourself Focus on the good in your job Focus on the good in others Focus on the good in every situation.

Make a Model for positive attitude to our self. Glance at the negatives: focus on the positives. Focus on whats best and whats wrong in our self. Solve problems: dont allocate blame. Take action: Find the can-do Dont waste time. Support each-other and our leaders.

Manages our attitude. Influence to others positively. Leaders are attitude shapers so always leave with him. Dont picks up negative attitudes. Dont leave with negative persons. Before being negative, get more information: dont jump to conclusions Stay open to possibilities

Motivation and Management

Motivation is the internal condition that activates behavior and gives it direction, energizes and goaloriented behavior. The term is generally used for human motivation. Motivation is the most important factor to affecting modern management because the modern management theory is completely based on Human oriented.

Why Motivation?
To improve employees qualities. To achieves the goals of Institutions. To increase the qualities of products and

services. To create interest of employees for their duties.

Techniques of Motivation
There are two techniques of motivation;
Self-Motivation Techniques General Motivation Techniques

Self-Motivation Techniques
Learning new technology. Participation in own interested field. Positive thinking. Reading motivational books or reading material.

General Motivation Techniques


Give generous rewards (Pay and other benefits). Rewards dont only have to be money all the time. Provide proper training about new technology. Show recognition (Expressing appreciation). Accept suggestions from employers. Encourage for their great suggestions.

Establish a positive working environment. Treat your employees with respect and dignity. Encourage for team work among them. Allow employees to grow professionally . Organize the motivational lectures time to time. Invite all the staff members for the every functions or programs of institution. Exhibitions of motivational audio and video materials
