refreshment during meditation, but it can appear
spontaneously when ever we are in difficult situations

Lets meditate together for a few minutes:


Some meditative
music might be
appropriate
• Sit straight but in a comfortable posture
• Do Bandhan and raise your Kundalini
• Be careful with focusing your attehtion, it
should not cause any tension
• Simply try to witness the movement of
Kundalini or vibrations on the top of you head
or/and palms of your hands
• If thoughts still trouble you just let them go, it
will reduce spontaneously then Kundalini cross

Advices for SY Stress Mgmt

• In order to get the best results in establishment


of thoughtless awareness one should meditate
regularly.
• Never try to fight your mind. Be determined to
get results but very kind to yourself.
• Water as an element of nature is very helpful
to cool down your mind.
• Meditative music may be very good for the
beginning to enter the meditative state.
