NANO-TECHNOLOGY
Nano- Technology is controlled under the level of 1/1 billion meter atoms and molecules. Luna-Wing is the hard resin for crown bridges using full potential of Nano-Technology and became the hard resin that has the highest filler degree in the market. However, the higher filler degree does not directly mean good quality. It is important to have good balance between the property and the usability for technicians is a must element.

Biological safety

Biocompatibility is confirmed safety and conformed to ISO 10993-1. This product passed our own biological safety exam based on cellular structure and composition, and safety exam report has been issued.

Property
Filler's particle size is well-adjusted, and is blended with a good balance and high density. The properties such as bending strength, hardness, and abrasion resistance are improved by strengthening the bond between matrix and filler. Especially shrinkage rate is lowered, so that there is less possibility of cracking and fitness is improved. In oral cavity, abrasion damage by brushing is reduced and the tooth remains smooth and shiny for a long period of time.

Handling Opaque resin lines up Invisible Opaque of high flow property, and comes in retention beads of undercut part evenly. And light cure is secured with the deeper light cure depth than ever.

Dentine with no falling off

Technicians are often troubled with the fall off of dentine when modelling mamelon structure. Because of Luna-Wing Dentines anti-drip off and modelling friendly nature, mamelon does not lose shape. Workability is greatly improved, and you can form mamelon structure for bridges connected teeth all at once.

Enamel with no air bubble

There is no air bubble with Luna-Wing, because Enamel, Translucent and Effect are 30% softer than Cervical, Opaque Dentine and Dentine. Modeling and forming operation become very smooth, and it is just suitable to wrap mamelon.
This characteristic handling of Luna-Wing is a result of adopting round shaped filler and calculating the combination of organic composite fillers particle diameter.

Color Color precisely reproduced general shade guide. As A2, A3, and A3.5 are frequently used, Red Plus Shade is prepared for those three shades to reproduce the reddishness and the brightness of Asian tooth color. If there is not enough thickness for forming, color can be easily reproduced by simply applying Opaque Dentine. Furthermore, there are varieties of characterizing color such as effect and stain, which are used for partial characterization. In addition to this, LunaWing has a natural tooth like fluorescence, and brings back more aesthetic appearance along with individual color.

Light Scattering Luna-Wing scatters the incident radiation, and has moderate turbidity and natural translucent color with borrowed light. Even in the case with less thickness, incident radiation gets scattered and that blurs the metal line appears on the lip side of the tooth. Line-up for characterization
