MAKLUMAT TENDER

Terbuka kepada kontraktor yang berdaftar dengan CIDB Gred : G4 ke atas,


Kategori Elektrikal, Pengkhususan : E04 (Pemasangan voltan rendah) dan E11
(Kerja Am Elektrik) Serta Berdaftar dengan Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor (PKK)
Untuk Taraf Bumiputera

 Mempunyai pengalaman kerja berkaitan bernilai sekurang-kurangnya


RM200,000.00 bagi satu (1) kontrak dalam tempoh 5 tahun terdahulu.

 Harga dokumen RM250.00 – boleh dibayar secara tunai atau bank deraf atas
nama Perbadanan Putrajaya. Sila pastikan kontraktor mendapat 2 volume
dokumen tender iaitu Volume I/II dan Volume II/II.

 Hal-hal lain sila rujuk pada Notis Tender yang telah diklankan.

KEPERLUAN AM
1. Skop kerja ini adalah merupakan kerja-kerja pengubahsuaian, elektrikal
dan pengkabelan yang merangkumi kerja-kerja membekal skrin LED,
Video Wall Controller, peralatan, perabot dan lain-lain kerja yang
berkaitan bagi Kerja-Kerja Pembangunan Pusat Pemantauan
Bersepadu Premis Perbadanan Putrajaya.

2.1 Lokasi kerja-kerja pembangunan Pusat Pemantauan Bersepadu Premis


Perbadanan
Putrajaya di Aras 1, Blok D, Kompleks Perbadanan Putrajaya, Presint 3, Wilayah
Persekutuan Putrajaya.
2.2 Skop kerja seperti yang dinyatakan di dalam Senarai Kuantiti merangkumi
perkara-
perkara berikut;
1. Kerja-kerja awalan yang merangkumi penyediaan dokumen kontrak,
penyediaan pelan terbina dan keperluan-keperluan lain yang berkaitan;
2. Kerja-kerja Ubahsuai;
3. Kerja-kerja Mekanikal;
4. Kerja-kerja Elektrikal;
5. LED Video Wall;

2.3 Kerja-kerja Ubahsuai


Kontraktor dikehendaki menyediakan pekerja, peralatan, jentera dan bahan serta segala
kelengkapan yang diperlukan bagi kerja-kerja berikut;

2.3.1 Kerja-kerja Membuka Dan Membuang


Kerja-kerja membuka, memecah dan membuang struktur bagi tujuan pengubahsuaian
sepertimana arahan dan kelulusan Wakil Perbadanan Putrajaya:
1. Dinding drywall termasuk kerangka.
2. Pintu kayu termasuk kerangka dan aksesori bersaiz 2070mm x 3000mm (tinggi).
3. Pintu kayu termasuk kerangka dan aksesori bersaiz 1000mm x 3000mm (tinggi).
4. Suspended Ceiling termasuk kerangka dan lain-lain berkaitan.
5. Menyediakan tong roro untuk meletak sisa binaan sebelum dibuang ke inert landfill.
6. Kerja-kerja membuka dan memasang semula Screen LED 65” sedia ada ke tempat yang
diarahkan oleh Wakil Perbadanan menggunakan kaedah Ceiling Mounted termasuk segala
keperluan pemasangan, struktur besi (bracket) dan lain-lain kerja berkaitan.
7. Kerja-kerja membuka dan memasang semula PC sedia ada ke tempat yang diarahkan oleh
Wakil Perbadanan termasuk segala keperluan pemasangan dan lain-lain kerja berkaitan.

2.3.2 Kerja-kerja Pengalihan Dan Pemasangan Semula Work Station

1. Kerja-kerja membuka dan mengalih keluar workstation sedia ada ke


tempat penyimpanan yang disediakan oleh Perbadanan Putrajaya
termasuk memutuskan bekalan elektrik dan jaringan komunikasi
sepertimana mana arahan dan kelulusan wakil Perbadanan. (single
cluster, single cluster (Gred41))

2. Kerja-kerja membuka dan memasang semula workstation ke tempat


penyimpanan yang disediakan oleh Perbadanan Putrajaya termasuk
pemasangan semula bekalan elektrik dan jaringan komunikasi
sepertimana mana arahan dan kelulusan Wakil Perbadanan. (single
cluster, single cluster (Gred41), 4 cluster)

2.3.3 Kerja-kerja Memasang Sekatan Dinding


 
1. Kerja-kerja membekal dan memasang sekatan dinding kaca jenis tempered
glass 10 mm tebal lengkap dengan 'Clear film with frosted line' dan aksesori
yang berkaitan mengikut perincian pengeluar serta arahan/ lukisan dari wakil
Perbadanan.

2. Kerja-kerja membekal, memasang dan menyiapkan 75mm tebal sekatan


dinding jenis 'Drywall' (Dry Plaster Gypsum) termasuk struktur kerangka,
penebat dan lain-lain berkaitan sepertimana perincian pengeluar, piawaian dan
arahan Wakil Perbadanan

3. Membekal, menghantar, memasang dan menguji sekatan dinding jenis


Smart Glass (5+5mm / 6+6mm thickness) termasuk kerangka, aksesori dan
lain-lain berkaitan sepertimana spesifikasi yang dilampirkan atau setara,
manual pengeluar dan Arahan Wakil Perbadanan.

2.3.4 Kerja-kerja Memasang Pintu

1. Membekal dan memasang pintu kaca berketebalan 10mm dari jenis


tempered glass lengkap dengan pemasangan clear film with frosted line,
aksesori dan lain-lain berkaitan sepertimana perincian pengeluar dan arahan
wakil Perbadanan.
• Pintu kaca 2 daun bersaiz 2070 x 3000mm (tinggi)
• Pintu kaca 1 daun bersaiz 1000 x 3000mm (tinggi)

2. Kerja-kerja membekal dan memasang pintu kayu 'SINGLE LEAF' berketam


saiz 4800mm tinggi x 1800mm lebar lengkap dengan jenang pintu serta
kemasan "semangkuk veneer" dan lengkap dengan kelengkapan pintu
seperti engsel, kunci, selak (double lock type), tombol seperti sediada
ditapak dan lain-lain aksesori berkaitan mengikut lukisan dan arahan
daripada wakil Perbadanan.

2.3.5 Kerja-kerja Mengecat Dinding (Indoor)

1. Kerja-kerja membasuh, menggosok atau mengikis, distemper lama dan


sebagainya termasuk pada mana-mana permukaan yang rosak perlu
dibaiki yang hendak dicat dan menyediakan permukaan untuk disapukan
sebanyak 1 lapisan cat asas (undercoat) pada permukaan-permukaan
berlepa pada bahagian dinding dalam bangunan dan lain-lain yang
berkaitan seperti yang diarahkan oleh wakil Perbadanan.

2. Kerja-kerja mengecat permukaan dinding bahagian dalaman dengan


sapuan 3 lapisan cat menggunakan cat emulsi Jotun (anti-fungus) atau
setara dengannya mengikut spesifikasi, lukisan dan arahan daripada
Wakil Perbadanan.

2.3.6 Kerja-kerja Kemasan Dinding Jenis Timber Laminated

Kerja-kerja membekal dan memasang kemasan dinding jenis timber laminated


lengkap dengan keperluan pemasangan dan lain-lain berkaitan sepertimana
perincian pengeluar dan arahan wakil Perbadanan.

2.3.7 Kerja-kerja Siling Plaster

Kerja-kerja membekal dan memasang siling plaster jenis fibre cement board
serta lain yang berkaitan mengikut spesifikasi dan piawaian sepertimana arahan
dan kelulusan wakil Perbadanan.

2.3.8 Kerja-kerja Mengecat Siling

Kerja-kerja mengecat permukaan siling bahagian dalaman dengan sapuan 3 lapisan


cat menggunakan cat emulsi Jotun (anti-fungus) atau setara dengannya mengikut
spesifikasi, lukisan dan arahan daripada Wakil Perbadanan.

2.3.9 Kerja-kerja Meninggikan Lantai (Raised-up Floor)

Kerja-kerja membekal dan memasang 'raised access floor system' termasuk :-

1. 600mm x 600mm x 35mm modular steel


2. concentrated load ~ 4.5 KN
3. Top finishes with anti static tile
4. Conductive Hard PVC trim
5. Floor Insulation ( Polyurethane Foam, PU Foam )
6. Galv. Steel Stringers in 600mm lengths
7. Pedestal assemblies for 450mm finish
8. Wooden step with anti slip rubber
9. Wooden Ramp with anti slip rubber

2.4 Kerja-kerja Elektrikal

2.4.1 Kerja-kerja menanggal lengkapan lampu, soket alur keluar dan punca (network)
sedia ada;
2.4.2 Kerja-kerja membekal dan memasang Peti Agihan lengkap dengan
penyambungan ke papan suis utama;
2.4.3 Kerja-kerja pendawaian mata soket alur keluar kuasa;
2.4.4 Kerja-kerja pendawaian mata lampu;
2.4.5 Membekal dan memasang lampu downlight jenis LED lengkap aksesori;
2.4.6 Membekal dan memasang lampu kecemasan dan lampu tanda KELUAR jenis
LED lengkap aksesori;
2.4.7 Membekal dan memasang mata rangkaian data (ICT) dari patch panel ke
faceplate;
2.4.8 Membekal dan memasang 24 ports UTP Cat 6 patch panel;
2.4.9 Membekal fiber transceiver kepada Bahagian Teknologi Maklumat & Komunikasi,
Perbadanan.
2.4.10 Membekal dan memasang Kabel UTP CAT6 Factory terminated patch cord; dan
2.4.11 Pengujian dan pentauliahan sistem elektrikal.

2.5 Kerja-kerja Mekanikal

2.5.1 Kerja menanggal “Supply Air Diffuser” dan “Return Air Grilles” sediada dan
aksesori serta kerja berkaitan;
2.5.2 Kerja menanggal dan menutup paip “Sprinkler” sedia ada dan aksesori serta
kerja berkaitan;
2.5.3 Membekal dan memasang baru “Supply Air Difusser c/w Built In HEPA Filter”
2.5.4 Membekal dan memasang “Return air grilles”
2.5.5 Membekal dan memasang “Fire Suppression System” lengkap dengan Panel,
“Heat Detector”, “Smoke Detector” dan lain-lain berkaitan.; dan
2.5.6 Pengujian dan pentauliahan sistem mekanikal.

2.6 LED Video Wall

2.6.1 Kerja membekal, memasang, menguji dan mentauliah LED Video Wall
Display dan aksesori berkaitan;
2.6.2 Rujuk perincian spesifikasi minima di Part 4 - Section B - 08 - Form G1
Schedule of Technical Specification Compliance.

2.7 Video Wall Controller


2.7.1 Kerja membekal, memasang, menguji dan mentauliah Video Wall Controller
dan aksesori berkaitan.
2.7.2 Rujuk perincian spesifikasi minima di Part 4 - Section B - 08 - Form G1
Schedule of Technical Specification Compliance.

3.0 PERLAKSANAAN KERJA

3.1 Langkah-langkah keselamatan dan garis panduan perlaksanaan kerja adalah


seperti berikut:
3.1.1 Kerja-kerja elektrik hendaklah dilaksanakan, diselia dan dikawal oleh
Orang Kompeten;

3.1.2 Hendaklah memastikan semua papan tanda amaran dan keselamatan di


tapak semasa kerja-kerja dilaksanakan;

3.1.3 Kontraktor hendaklah mendapat kelulusan ubahsuai daripada pihak


berkuasa tempatan yang berkaitan sebelum kerja-kerja dilaksanakan; dan

3.1.4 Mematuhi Garis panduan (SOP) Pengurusan Pembinaan COVID-19


yang terkini yang dikeluarkan oleh Majlis Keselamatan Negara (MKN).

3.2 Kontraktor hendaklah melantik orang kompeten yang berkelayakan
bertanggungjawab sepenuhnya ke atas pindaan pemasangan yang
dilaksanakan.

3.3 Kontraktor hendaklah mengemukakan Shop Drawing untuk kelulusan


Perbadanan sebelum kerja-kerja dilaksanakan.

3.4 Kontraktor hendaklah mengemukakan Operation Manual dan Pelan Terbina yang
disahkan oleh Orang Kempeten yang berkaitan;

3.5 Wakil Perbadanan Putrajaya berhak untuk menyaksikan apa-apa aktiviti atau
mewakilkan kakitangan yang lain untuk ujian pemasangan.

3.6 Kerja-kerja membekal dan memasang yang dilaksanakan hendaklah mematuhi


Spesifikasi Teknikal Jabatan Kerja Raya Cawangan Elektrik untuk pemasangan
sistem voltan rendah (LS-1).

3.7 Bagi kerja-kerja sivil, hendaklah dilaksanakan oleh kontraktor yang berdaftar

4.0 DEFECT LIABILITY PERIOD (DLP)

4.1 Tempoh kecacatan (Defect Liability Period (DLP)) yang ditetapkan adalah
selama 18 bulan dari tarikh siap kerja.

4.2 Pihak kontraktor hendaklah memastikan semua peralatan berfungsi dengan


baik sepanjang tempoh DLP.

5.0 TEMPOH JAMINAN (WARRANTY)

5.1 Tempoh jaminan pembekal yang ditetapkan adalah selama 3 tahun minima
untuk LED Display Module, Video Wall Controller dan semua peralatan berkaitan
yang dibekalkan. (one to one replacement for LED display module).

5.2 Tempoh jaminan bermula dari tarikh siap kerja.

5.3 Rujuk Part 4 - Section B - 09 - Form G2-A dan B – Warranty Declaration

SMART GLASS TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS & PARAMETERS

The successful tenderer shall supply, install, configure, testing and commissioning
one (1) set of electronic glass curtain with green energy materials and features as
follows:
• It becomes transparent when power is on.
• It becomes frosted when power is off.
• Power consumption – not more than 5W per meter square
• Color : White
• Operating Temperature : Up to 100ºc
• Life-spam (ON Mode) : 50,000 hours
• Waterproof
• Crystal clear glass +tempered

1.0 General Technical Requirements (minimum specification)
The successful tenderer shall offer better solution whenever necessary.
*Tenderer shall attach relevant product catalogue or brochure or any other reference.
Note: some solutions might use other term for certain equipment or solution.
  The successful tenderer shall deliver and complete all the work described in Part 2 Section A – Scope Of Works within six (6) months from
the commencement date and LED Display, Video Wall Controller and other related equipment Warranty for thirty-six (36) months from the
commencement date.
1.1 The successful tenderer shall deploy a workable, secure and reliable P1.2 LED Display Panel and Video Wall Controller which consist but not limited
to all these main components. The successful tenderer shall propose additional devices whenever necessary:
 1 unit of full set P1.2 LED Screen c/w structure.
 Video Wall Controller.
 Workstation custom furniture c/w tables, 2-arms monitor holder and ergonomic chairs (design for 6 operators).
 1 unit of full set of Magic Glass and accessories.
 Raise floor with ramp.
 Fire suppression system.
 Interior designing works.
 Electrical works.
 Civil works.
 Dismantle & disposal works.
 And all related accessories.
The successful tenderer shall propose additional devices whenever necessary.

1.2 The proposed LED Display Panel must be equipped with a feature that makes it optimal for changes in brightness settings in indoor
environments. It must feature technologies that gives improved color accuracy and uniformity. It must be able to support both preset and
customized color gamut settings.
1.3 The successful tenderer shall be responsible for the site survey, design, supply, deliver, install, testing and commissioning all items of the
equipment described within this specification.

1.4 The proposed LED Display Panel must be equipped with uniform brightness and color chromaticity feature and software to calibrate
picture settings.
1.5 The LED Display Panel must come with software to identify common performance errors such as temperature, humidity, fan speed and
voltage critical value.
1.6 Content capability:

 Able to display high definition CCTV live streaming.


 Able to display images, videos and text
 Able to receive and display content from any of the workstation within the command centre.

1.7 The LED Screen shall have Modular design for easy maintenance

1.8 The successful tenderer shall perform all wiring work required for communication, equipment, panel inclusive of termination, trunking
works, power cable, power supply unit and any other devices or accessories required to operate the LED Screen. This includes
laying network cabling and related accessories.

1.9 Power Cable

 Cable size is depending on length and power load.


 All jointing shall use approved jointing kit
 Cable shall be well protected with GI.
1.10 The LED Display and Video Wall Controller shall have a nominal support period of five (5) years before major replacement is
required (End of Support). Due to any equipment, application or software reach unexpected end of sale or end of support from the
product principal supplier.

1.11 The successful tenderer shall install a full set of Smart Glass at 1 part of the control centre wall (behind main counter area). The
Smart Glass shall be operated by a simple electrical switch, controlling the glass from clear to frosted when power is applied. On the
other wall area, transparent glass with blind and wall (behind LED Display) shall be installed.

1.12 The successful tenderer shall perform site survey and provide professional construction method that suits the location.

1.13 The successful tenderer shall follow PPj’s Guidelines in designing the Control Centre & the LED Display Panel. The
proposed design must be agreed and approved by PPj.

2.0 The LED Video Wall Display
2.1 The proposed LED video wall display must be equipped with a feature that makes it optimal for changes in brightness settings
in indoor environments. It must feature technologies such as HDR and grayscale management algorithm for improved color
accuracy and uniformity. It must be able to support both preset and customized color gamut settings.
2.2 The total dimension of the complete display must be at least 7,000mm (Width) x 1,300 mm (Height) with 16:9 ratio.
The display technology must be of

The optical parameters of the LED display:

The total resolution for the whole LED screen must be at least 5760 x 1080 pixels.

2.7 Contrast ratio must be at least 24,000:1.

2.8 Operating hours of the display device must be designed for 24 hours operation usage.
IP rating must be at least IP20.
2.9 The LED cabinets must be designed for ease of service from both front and rear.

2.10 Operating temperature range for the panel / engine must be at least 0˚C ~ 40˚C.
Humidity 10% to 80%.
2.11 Typical power consumption:
 Typical Mode: To be no more than 240W/m²
 Max: To be no more than 390W/m².
2.12 Heat Generation:
 Max : Not more than 1400 BTU per meter square per hour.
 Average: Not more than 800 BTU per meter square per hour.
2.13 Refresh rate must be not less than 11500 Hz

2.14 Display must come with at least the following standard certifications:
 Safety: 60950-1 & 62368-1
 Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC): Class “B”
 Eye comfort : TUV

2.15 The LED Display Panel must be equipped with uniform brightness and color chromaticity features as follows:
 Enabled for on-site calibration: using DSLR cameras to perform sub pixel tuning.
 Software calibration: equipped with software to calibrate picture settings
2.16 LED Video Wall shall be in a 1x3 layout.

2.17 LED Video Wall must be FHD compatible and have signal redundancy.

2.18 The LED cabinet must be of fanless design type.

2.19 The LED Video Wall must come with LED Signage Manager to identify common performance errors and avoid visual
disruptions.

3.0 The Video Wall Controller – Hardware & Software

3.1 Video Wall Controller must have at least 8 inputs and 8 outputs from multiple sources and can be projected to the LED
Video Wall screen. It must be able to support 8 HDMI inputs from the Command Center Room.

3.2 It should also be capable to configure the LED video wall into
customizable layouts. Example (but not limited to) layouts:
 7 individual screens (including existing 65” TV Display).
3.3 Video Wall Controller must be capable to allow any of the inputs to be displayed anywhere across the video wall screens
(including existing 65” TV Display).
3.4 Operator shall have a full control of the Video Wall content and layouts using Video Wall Control Software. The Control
Room Operator shall have the ability to select which operator workstation monitor to be mirrored to the Video Wall
(including existing 65” TV Display).
3.5 Video Wall Controller must support Full HD resolutions (1080p).

3.6 The overall Video Wall Controller design and components must be able to produce highest quality and stable output from
the input source up to all the output displays.
3.7 The Video Wall Controller must be manageable remotely and features a user-friendly user interface.
 
Note: The current CCTV system is running on isolated network and is not connected to PUTRANET (PPj owned
network).

3.8 Video Wall Controller can be rack mountable on the existing rack.

3.9 Each workstation must be connected to Videowall controller. The solution must make sure a smooth and reliable video streaming
capability to the Video Wall.
3.10 The equipment and connections supplied must be ready for 6 workstations in the Command Center.
 
Note: Existing workstation in the CCTV room will be relocated to the command centre in this project.

3.11 Video Wall Controller must have a Control System that allows administrators central control of all input and output signals.

3.12 Video Wall Controller must be capable to allow any of the windows to be resized and reposition anywhere across the video wall
screens using the combination of the Video Wall Controller and a Controller apps installed in the Operator’s tablet.

3.13 An application can be used to interface with the Video Wall Controller, to create Video Wall layouts.
The Control Room Operator can manage and control the layout and sources of the Video Wall using a tablet.

3.14 Control and configuration from all the tablets must be provided through a wireless Access Point.

3.15 Connection between the switch and wireless AP must use a factory terminated Cat6 network cable.

3.16 A full graphical diagram for the Control Room new hardware setup must be provided.

3.17 The System must be able to configure and create multiple profiles or templates of screen layouts for the video wall. Access or
interface to the System must be made available from both a mobile device application and a Windows based computer
application.
A tablet device shall be supplied for this purpose. The windows-based computer application shall be installed on the operator’s
workstation.

3.18 Each workstation must be designated to display its content to the Video Wall. An operator will have a full control of the Video
Wall’s content and layouts.
3.19 The Control Room’s operator must be able to select which workstation that will push its monitor’s image to the Video Wall. This
is controlled using either a Windows app on Operator workstation or an Android/IOS/Windows Tablet.

3.20 The System shall allow the Commander to have full control of video wall layouts and input source selections as follows:
 To support multiple preset layouts
 To have ability to select which input source(s) to be directed to any available output screen connected to the Video Wall
Controller.

3.21 Control System shall be capable to allow the operator to design and customize layouts

3.22 The successful tenderer shall be responsible to supply all equipment and accessories required to operate a complete Video
Wall System for Command Centre including all type of cabling and adapter required.

4.0 Tablet.

4.1 The successful tenderer shall supply, install, configure, testing and commissioning one (1) unit Tablet with minimum
specification as below follows:

 3 GB RAM, 32GB Storage

 WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, dual-band
 Bluetooth 5.0
 USB Type-C 2.0

5.0 Existing CCTV Hardware, System Relocation Work and Brackets.

5.1 The successful tenderer shall relocate existing CCTV workstation and 65” TV Monitor from the CCTV Control Room to the new
Command Centre.
5.2 The successful tenderer shall be responsible for all the network and power cabling work required after the related equipment
has been relocated to Command Centre.
5.3 The successful tenderer shall be responsible to reconfigure the CCTV system after the physical relocation work completed.

5.4 List of equipment that need to be relocate but not limited to this:

 PC Workstations and accessories.


 65” TV Monitors
5.5 The successful tenderer shall supplied new ceiling mounted brackets for 65” TV Monitor with minimum specification as follows :

• Fits 65” TV Monitors

• Vesa Compliance : 100*100mm to 600*400mm

• Tilt Angle : -5°/+15°

• Swivel Angle : -30°/+30°

6.0 Inspection, Testing, Test On Completion and Commissioning

6.1 The successful tenderer shall be totally responsible for carrying out tests on all Works under the Contract which shall include all equipment
supplied and work carried out in this project. Tests shall be designed to demonstrate that the total installed LED Display Panel meet the
requirements and the specification.
6.2 Tests shall be carried out by competent technical personnel and witnessed by the PPj's authorized personnel.

6.3 Tests must be witnessed by PPj's authorized personnel. An indication of successful completion of any tests will be given immediately once
the tests have been satisfactorily completed. This indication will be confirmed after all completed test records have been approved by PPj's
authorized personnel.
6.4 The successful tenderer shall carried out all relevant tests including but not limited to tests at place of manufacture or assembly factory,
Tests on Completion and Performance Tests.
6.5 Tests at places of manufacture shall be witnessed by PPj's authorized personnel. It shall be grouped together so that as many tests as
possible can be witnessed on each visit.
6.6 All tests shall be carried out in accordance with a schedule which shall be subject to the approval of the PPj's authorized personnel.

6.7 After each unit or section of equipment has been installed and has been completed and passed the relevant Tests on Completion to the
satisfaction of PPj's authorized personnel, it shall be considered commissioned. Any further tests which, may be required shall only be
done at a time approved or directed by the PPj's authorized personnel.

6.8 For computing hardware, the successful tenderer shall perform User Acceptance Test and Final Acceptance Test. All tests cases and
schedule shall be subject to the approval of the PPj's authorized personnel.

7.0 Training

7.1 The successful tenderer shall provide training for the LED Display Panel operator, system administrator and technical team.

7.2 The successful tenderer shall provide training in handling LED Display Panel, Video Wall Controller and all the related
equipment/appliance including the magic glass.

8.0 Documentation

8.1 The successful tenderer shall provide complete documentation for user guide and operation manual (including system
installation and configuration). Other documentation must comprise of all the necessary design diagram, as-built
documentation, back end system/software technical documentation and all necessary documentation/drawings related to
engineering work.
