Brief description of the Case Study This case study was published in Harvard Business Review in April 2010. This is about an industrious employee Liana who had worked almost 16 hours a day for her organization Orchis for five years.

She worked extremely hard to prepare her first product the Vanda but when the prototype was rejected due to shortsightedness and skepticism of some of the executive committee. Thus her hard work resulted in nothing and ultimately she left the Orgis and got married with Suz. Now they have adopted twin kids Ethan and Colin and they are residing in California.
