Effects of Pollution
Release of Dust Clouds from cement factories is much more harmful both for living beings and fertility of land as well There is a significant increase (40 to 50%) in patients being referred to DHQ and other Hospitals Earth, air and water pollution decreasing the productivity level of soil causing serious economic setback of farmers, lead to considerable increase in poverty and reduction in agricultural related jobs
The EPA regulations existed in order to control and monitor these technical limitations of industrial plants The EPA officials have not found any complaints EPA-NWFP office claimed that the industries were complying with the EPA regulations and this agency continuously in its efforts to regular monitor the industries in this estate
