This project has been undertaken by us to develop a comprehensive, systematic and efficient result publication system in a secure, effective and efficient manner.If the task of result publication is done manually it will be effort consuming and takes more time. The main purpose of this project is to make the system comprehensive and secure to ensure that it adheres to all quality and also to develop a user friendly and simple interface and to design three Tier Architecture. The Student and the faculty members can login and access the result whereas the admin can add, modify and delete the results and to implement proper security protocol to ensure data integrity. We also make the system portable and reliable. Keeping these above mentioned objectives in mind we progress to the development stage of the project.We have used hyper text markup language(HTML) to define the layout and structure of various webpages and Cascading style sheet(CSS) to style and design the webpages as a front end.And we have also used cookies and session for the security purpose.

1)The objective of project planning is to design and develop a comprehensive Result Publication System which can be used to publish results on the internet in a fast efficient and secure manner. This system needs to automate the process of result publication by enabling the administrators to upload result data on it where students could access it effectively. 2) It also provides a frame work that enables the developer to make reasonable 3)estimates made within a limited time frame at the beginning of the software project and should be updated regularly as the project progresses. Last but not least it is not the work that played the ways to success but ALMIGHTY.

The important thing about this project is the easy and efficient retrieval of results by students:-

1The administrator can modify the results as and when necessary. 2.Students can also view and download their own results. 3.Faculty and administrator can retrieve the results stream wise in bulk so that they can see the results of a stream at the same time. 4.A blog for students as well as for faculty have been created where they can enter their comments.This is a very good thing because after the results students and faculty can interact with each other and faculty can give their valuable suggestions to the students. 5. Faculty and administrator can create account and modify it according to their need. 6.To add more security and safety in the website session is used.

We can apply this project in

Home University College/Institutions

This project is still under development and we would like to add certain features in due time. We will try to make this project as a software so that it can be used as a home university software. And we would also like to add a chat server in the website so that faculty and students can interact in more efficient way. We hope this project will be beneficial for the students as well as for the college authority

Our project is only a humble venture to satisfy the needs in an Institution. Several user friendly features have also adopted. This package shall prove to be a powerful package in satisfying all the result publication requirements of the educational institute. We have tried to embed all the necessary features which are required in theprocess of Result Publication and we have implemented essential security mechanism to ensure data integrity and user authorization. This result publication system contain all essential features which makes it adequate even to be used in practical world .
