The result all of the above was the decrease of wastes (loss from size and weight) in the amount of 400.000 euros only the first year.

After the supply chain audit he decided to gather all logistics procedures in a new logistics department where he also included packaging, standardization. The problems were lost immediately and services quality handled from this department was increased. Case study: A customer active wholesaler of agricultural supplies (veterinary and pet) had contracted all transport and distribution services to a couple of Northern Greece companies. Because of the big growth he decided to develop a second warehouse in South Greece. After Agrologistics interference this choice was disqualified (the fixed costs was very high) and a tender management began with 3PL providers in Athens for the distribution of products in South Greece.
