RADIOLOGY SERVICES

As a part of Vee Care Health System, Vee Care Radiology offers a complete array of services and procedures with a state-of-art facilities which helps them to determine the best possible treatment options. They provide radiology services to inpatient, emergency and out-patient for the purpose of acquiring diagnostic images of the various parts of the body.With Digital XRay machine, C-Arm machine provides high quality digital images reported by expertly trained radiologist and certified radiology technician to ensure accuracy and offer the best chance for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

Ultrasonography is under the section of Radiology department. We have high and latest equipment Siemens Acculsion-300 to produce images insides the body like chest, abdomen, soft tissues and parts like thyroid, breast ultrasound and colour Doppler. Highly sophisticated procedure like FNAC, abscess drainage tapping, percutaneus trans hepatic bile drainage, are done under ultra sonogram guidance besides routine ultrasound. A non-invasive, painless procedures provides clear picture of soft tissue that do not show up well on X-Ray, providing real time imaging, which make it a good tool for guiding needle biopsies and needle aspirations.

LAB SERVICES

Vee Care clinical laboratory plays an active role in health screenings to our community. Its diagnostic services encompasses pathology, haematology, urinalysis, biochemistry, microbiology, serology and immunology. Blood Bank Satellite Unit - Blood bags are received from various blood Bank and stored. Grouping and cross matching is done by qualified well trained technicians, under the supervision of Blood Bank Medical Officer and the bags are issued to patients treated.

Hours of service and access Biochemistry, Clinical Pathology and Microbiology laboratories work 24 hours a day, through the year. The Histopathology laboratory functions from 8 AM to 5 PM on all week days (Monday - Saturday).

PHARMACY SERVICES
The pharmacy is open 24 hours a day. The drugs stored are of proven quality with best prices. The pharmacist check & recheck any prescription so that patient will always know that he is getting exactly what the doctor's order. They also check for possible interaction with other drugs.

PHYSIOTHERAPY SERVICES AT VEE CARE HOSPITAL has a committed and highly experienced and trained physiotherapists. Their wide range of specialist skills enable them to provide the appropriate treatment whether a problem is post traumatic, post surgical, work related or a sporting injury. Alongside the in patient physiotherapy service, they rehabilitate patient through out-patient physiotherapy.

The department provides holistic treatment through physio-led sessions. This may include, manual therapy manipulation soft tissue massage electrotherapy exercise therapy with supervised exercise training in terms of patient needs.

Following treatment, they work with the patient to design a program of home exercises to ensure continue recovery. They believe in physiotherapy, and rehabilitation following injury plays a pivotal role in patient health.

They offers variety of emergency care services from urgent care to trauma care. All are designed to treat the medical conditions thoroughly and efficiently and to provide excellent patient care. The emergency department consists of well equipped 6bedded units with the latest equipments such as cardiac monitors with NIBP & AIBP facilities, imported Ventilators with latest Defibrillator with pacing capabilities.

They have emergency medicine physician with highly skilled emergency nurse who are specially trained to evaluate and treat patient during the early and often most critical stages of illness or injury. It provides high quality care 24 hours per day, 7 days per week for all medical and surgical problem including paediatrics and obstetrics.

AMBULANCE SERVICES
A 24 hours ambulance facility is available. It is equipped with a transport ventilator, a sophisticated multi-parameter monitor, defibrillator cum pacemaker, infusion pumps to ensure precise delivery of medications and portable suction. There is an adequate back-up supply of oxygen and power supply (through inverters), which are important for safe transport of critically ill patients. Greater importance is the transport team, consisting of an ICU trained doctor, nurse and paramedics.
