Who is the KSK?


KSK is a person who organizes and manages a business by undertaking risk for the sake of profit. A KSK also known as a prime mover who is a reliable resource of providing information and advice to farmers, making them aware of the bio fertilizer products . VIB always desire that their KSK to be connected with the farmers for not only to earn profit but also earn faith and recognition, which ultimately improves rural farming

Monitoring & formation of JLG Information dissemination. Selling of the bio fertilizer, bio & botanical pesticide and vermicompost. Demonstration of various agricultural activities in farmers demo plot. Existing business plan Here cultivable land has been taken as an assumption. As per the exiting plan in each bigha of Azotobater has been used that is much more then the requirement amount There is VCS involve one product only i.e. biofertilizer In this plan KSK earn low profit New business plan Cultivable land has been taken the basis of primary data. As suggested by Dr. A.K Podder (bio fertilizer adviser) new plan 4 pack of Azotobacter has been taken. Here KSK direct purchases to the VIB and sell to farmer Here introduce more new products (bio & botanical pesticide, vermicompost) In this plan KSK earn more profit better than previous one .

Analysis
As per the study, KSK conducts different types of activity such as agri inputs and financial services to the farmer. In the last 1.5 years they are unable to make good profit by the selling of bio fertilizer. But now they can look forward to a better future with the help of Business Correspondents and SBI KIOSk banking. They are more interested in the activity of customer service provider(CSP) rather than Krisi sampad karmi(KSK).

Recommendation

To arrange awareness camp on regular basis. To develop a system for proper management of organization. All the KSK should submitted the report weekly basis. Regular running of KSK enterprise. Farmer training schedule before cropping season. Update the data base of the farmer on regular basis Maintain the proper channel of supply the VIB products to farmers.
