ADB: extension of completion date from 31 Jan 2012 to 31 Jan 2014 on 21 Oct 2011 Reasons: (i) delays in implementation of sub-projects; (ii) cost-savings in subprojects; (iii) demand for GCF funds from Regional Depts; and (iv) availability of funds in GCF
